    01/16/07 not a bad start

    Weight: 222
    body fat % 29.3

    breakfast - half bowl oatmeal + 1 scoop of muscle milk + 5mg of creatine
    first snack - handful of almond
    lunch - Steam chicken breast + whole wheat pasta + broccoli
    second snack - handful of almond
    third snack - 2 banana + 1 protein bar
    dinner - half BBQ chicken + whole wheat pasta + 1 avocado

    Exercise - none

    Not a bad day! I was eating alright until dinner where i ate a little too much because i am too hungry. I wanted to go to the gym but it is way too cold outside

    also, not drinking enough water.
