01/16/07 not a bad start

breakfast – half bowl oatmeal + 1 scoop of muscle milk + 5mg of creatine
first snack – handful of almond
lunch – Steam chicken breast + whole wheat pasta + broccoli
second snack – handful of almond
third snack – 2 banana + 1 protein bar
dinner – half BBQ chicken + whole wheat pasta + 1 avocado

Exercise – none

Not a bad day! I was eating alright until dinner where i ate a little too much because i am too hungry. I wanted to go to the gym but it is way too cold outside

also, not drinking enough water.
