    01/18/07 I think i am back

    220 pound
    29.2 % body fat

    breakfast: 1 Trader Joe’s vanilla almond crunch granola bars + 1 Trader Joe’s peanut crunch granola bars

    first snacks: handful of almond

    lunch: chicken breast with teriyaki sauce + 1 bowl of brown rice

    second snack: Muscle Milk protein shake

    third snack: plain yogurt with a teaspoon of ground flaxseed meal

    Dinner: grill tuna with steam veggie

    Exercise: Nice 30 minute cardio on bike. I push myself a little bit harder yesterday. I don’t really care speed or resistance. Instead, i used my heart rate to see if i push myself hard enough.

    My chest and back is around 80% now. I am a little sore from yesterday workout so i didn’t spend too long lifting.
