I can’t sleep until 5am last night and i didn’t wake up until 12 so my eating is kind of messed up. I ate around 2 and go the gym right away. After that i ate dinner at my aunt’s house. This is the first time i have a full dinner since my diet started
My workout today is good. I spent 2 hours in the gym and i workout every part of my body. I should be able to back in full strength by next week.
i’m enjoying reading your blog. thanks for your review on lipo 6, i just purchased it today and i’m excited to start using it in addition to my workout regimine. if you really want to lose weight you should eat breakfast. its really important to start your body with fuel otherwise it will hold on to the calories you put into it throughout the day instead of burning them. hope that helps, i’ll be back, keep up the good work!
