My dinner 09/08/06
As you can see, a big plate of salad and some chicken on top. Miso Soup with flaxseed meal in it. It looks like a balance meal with right amount of meat and lotz of veggie. However, it could be a diet nightmare if you prepare the same food in different way.

Trip to GNC
Today is the last day of this month that I can use my GNC card to get a 20% from any purchase. I was kind of late and they are cleaning the store. Lucky the store manager let me in to get the stuff I wanted.
