    01/26/07 Sick for a week

    breakfast: some nut + cup of green tea
    first snack: some nut
    Lunch: 1 cucumber + a bowl of instant oatmeal
    second snack: fruit smoothie
    Dinner: half chicken + Campbell’s Chunky Turkey Pot Pie + Nissin Quick & Easy Chow Mein - Chcken Flavored

    4 day diet

    This plan is totally useless…why? I believe the author had never have a 50 hour/ weeks job in her whole life or live in suburbs.

    Nutrition Action listed 10 food that is really bad for you. Seriously i am not surprised because i sure i can find something two time worse in any given supermarket. Anyway, here is the list
