2008 Resolution update
Goal: completely quit drinking Status: drink socially, under control
Goal: completely quit smoking Status: Smoke socially, at most half a pack
Goal: Being a vegetarian Status: Only eat meat when i eat out
Goal: Bring weight down to 180 Status: 201, lost 9 pound since new year
Goal: Start working hard again Status: didn’t get any work done at all
Goal: finding what i really want to do Status: Confused and lost
Goal: Being able to do crossfit WOD Status: getting there

Clean - Goal: 150 Current :100
Deadlife - Goal: 400 Current: 315
Sqaut - Goal: 200 Current: 130
Hack Squat - Goal: 550 Current 450
Snatch - Goal: 150 Current 80
