I step up to the scale today. I knew that I have gained some pound during last week. So I weighted my self, 224.5 pound. I gain three and a half pound from last week. You might wonder why I am gaining weight instead of losing.

If you read my pervious blog post, you will know that I’d been sick since last Thursday. I lost all of my energy. I took half day off from work on Thursday and Friday. I’ve got sore throat, Nasal congestion and heavy coughing. On Thursday I slept 14 hours and 8 hours on Friday (I usually sleep 6 hours a day). This flu is really nasty that I still not fully recovered yet. I took Tylenol’s Cold head congestion and Contac Cold and Flu. However, none of them reduce my symptom.
During this six day, I missed 6 workouts. I didn’t take any Lipo-6 because I don’t want to add more work to my body. I ate from outside everyday because I have no energy to cook. Usually people who are sick don’t want to eat. However, I constantly feel hungry and eat even more than normal day. After I eat I went right back to sleep. And I was drinking like crazy on Saturday (That’s might be why I still not felling well today. I will cover how I totally trashed myself tomorrow). The result? 3 ½ pound of fat on myself. Even though it should be water weight that I can loss in 2 day, I am still gaining. I really have to get more serious on this diet
[...] So here is the big question, how much did i loss? I was 224 pound when i first start at Sept 19, 2006. And today is the first time that i weight under 200 pound in 5 years! In three month i lost more than 24 pound. Even though i am still over weight, i feel much better than before. No more gasping for air or knee pain. [...]
