400 pound bench press

By in Daily Health Tips

I know there is a lot of people who are into extreme bench press can bench more than 400 pound. However, they are not doing it in the right form and they are limited to one set. It is not about the number but if you are doing bench press in the right form and pace. Using extremely heavy weight might not benefit you.

Ronnie Coleman is second best body builder in my list (no one beat Arnold. Coleman is too big. He looks kind of unnatural) Here is a video of him benching with two 200 pound dumbbells. You can see him doesn’t break a sweat after a set of 8 rep. He was using the perfect form. He had very nice control on the pace. His upper hand parallel to the floor and the dumbbells doesn’t touch each other during the peak. He also squeezed his chest so he get the most from the bench press.

Dang this guy is insanely strong!!! I would kill myself trying to do that right now. But hopefully in many years later after training intensively for a long time; starting from now, I will be a beast like this guy!!!
