Benefits of whey protein are seen in alot of ways in the body ,and if added in the correct amounts, it won’t even really affect the taste of your food. Although whey protein has been researched for years, new studies have shown some exciting new links to whey protein and cancer prevention. An example of positive research results in cancer studies showed a regression in a few patient’s tumors when fed whey protein concentrate at thirty grams a day. Benefits of whey protein may be added to any meal or mix with just a scoop of the powder while the food is in preparation.

They seem ok to me. It’s all depends on how they cooked I guess. You might love those when they are properly cooked.

Well, I can put names to three of them: passion fruit, pomegranate, and the artichoke. I’ve eaten the first two, as well. Passion fruit is delicious in a fruit salad.

passion fruit, pomegranate, and the artichoke are the most common of the 9. I love TGI Friday’s creamy spinach artichoke dip.

I used to drink POM juice. However, after i found out what they did to the mice for experience purpose, i feel sick drinking it

Passion fruit is great in a fruit salad. However, it is too expensive for me.

My mom used to make Buddha’s hand soup. I can’t find it in the market anymore

i have yet to try the others yet
