    A 221 pound fat Chinese kid

    yup, This is me, 221 pound of fat. How disgusting!!! Not only I don’t look good, my health is getting worse too. My knees and back constantly experience pain. I have sleeping disorder. Even walking up a few stair can give me hard time breathing. The worst of all is that I am only 24 years old!!!

    I had been working out during my college years. However, due to busy schedule prevent me from the gym. Also, Mickey D and Chinese to go became standard meal for me. My Abs slowing merging into one pack (ha I beat your six!). I gain 60 pound in the last two years (I was around 160 during college). All my muscle are covered with fat…just look at my arm

    So now I want to get back in shape. My goal is to cut 40 pound in three month. Want to know if I can make it? Keep reading my blog, I will update my picture and weight every week so that we can see if my effort is paying off

    Good luck with your weight loss. Don’t worry - we’re all gaining weight! ;-)

    I, myself, am about to start a new High Protein Diet to get back to 185LBS. which is what I weighed in 2002-2003 and felt my best. Right now I’m 214, so the scale says, but feel MUCH heavier most of the time lol

    I’ll definitely keep up with your blog. Found it on mmmzr.com

    Thanks for the support. I ‘ve been eating healthier since i start this blog. Even i didn’t loss a huge amount of weight yet, i feel much better.

    The LBS is just a number. The most important thing is how you feel about yourself. Being skinny doesn’t mean health too. It is all about the balance.

    Once again. Thanks for your kind word. I will try hard to find some interesting topic that can help both of us to achieve our goal!

    Whats up bro … im chinese too … on difference is im 177pound 6″ 19 years … im in pretty good shape … If you want to lose weight , the best thing is to weight train

    start with freeweights bench press, bicept curls, tricept work outs … average work out is an hour … within that hour 45 mins weight train and 15 mins running

    main thing is you have to break down your muscles.. and rebuild it… start with heavy weights .. when u feel your arms expanding and more blood going to your arms.. do a cool down of lighter weights to tone and rip those muscles

    I usually warm up with brench 10×100 pounds bench press … 10×45 pounds bicept curls, 10×55 pounds tricept lifts (arms behind your head and push up)

    then i go to 10×135pounds bench 4/5 sets
    bicept curls 10×65pounds 4/5 sets
    tricept 10×60-65 pounds 3 sets

    I do set up between excersies to rest up my arms and chest … about 20/40 sit ups in between 3 exercises

    protein shakes also help to gain muscle and tone once your at your normal body weight … main thing is water .. drink lots but not too much when youre working out

    Hey, don’t worry, you look great. You are only a little more than 200 pounds. That’s nothing compared to what I’ve seen. Just eat right, exercise for fun, and be confident in yourself.

    Don’t worry, might just be programmed in and changes after a few years, have you got and sisters or brothers who are very thin, or are you an only child?.In some families one bro is thin and the other is a bit different.We all have slightly different body chemistry.I had to run a half marathon to change my metabolism (I didn’t know it at the time.) and had to eat celery and drink bottled mineral water.So boring.Where is my fries and chicken burger.Don’t stress your heart with with too much exercise.Not sure if I got thin only to have a heart problem later.Oh and don’t believe T.V, diets.Just dangerous.Keep some carbohydrates !!!
