    I’VE BEEN TAKING THE STAIRS TO MY OFFICE INSTEAD OF THE ELEVATOR FOR 3MONTHS NOW….MY LEGS ARE TONED AND WHEN I EAT LUNCH I GET SALADS AND FRUIT..I ALSO EAT BURGERS BUT TAKE THE BUNS OUT AND FOLD MY PATTIE LIKE A TACO. I EAT ABOUT 10 FRIES AND HAVE WATER. IT HELPS AND YOU CAN LOSE WEIGHT W/OUT CUTTING YOUR FAVORITE FOOD (COLD TURKEY) JUST EAT SMALL PORTIONS OF IT. I CUT DOWN ON A WHOLE MED. PIZZA AND ORDER A SALAD AND EAT JUST THE TOP OF THE PIZZA (JUST LEAVING THE DOUGH) LITTLE THINGS LIKE THIS CAN GO A LONG WAY..YOU AND YOUR FAMILY, FRIENDS, CO-WORKERS SHOULD TRY THIS. BELIEVE ME IT HELPS. MY BEGINING WEIGHT WAS 165 NOW IN JUST 3 MONTHS W/OUT REALLY EXCERCISING I’M DOWN TO 150!!!
