    The Abs diet is different from the tradition diet that restricts your daily calories consumption. Instead of eating less, you will eat more health food more frequently. To sum it up, you will eat the power 12 food six times a day

    How Abs diet works?

    Eating six times a day makes you feel full all day long. Since you don’t feel hungry, you will eat less in each meal naturally. Also, your body will slow down the fat storage process because you keep feeding yourself. By building more lean muscle, your will burn more calories daily.

    Eat less + more calories burn = losing your tummy!!!

    How much can I lose.

    Unlike most diet that asks you to eat the exact same food over and over, abs diet is much more flexible. You can lose 10 – 20 pound depends on your body weight and your exercise intensity. At the same time, you are building lean muscle. You might be losing more pound of fat than the reading on your scales.

    Is it Abs diet hard to follow?

    You can still eat pizza or burger or any kind of food you like. All you have to do is replace ingredient with the power 12.     What is the Abs diet workout plan?

    Most diet’s workout plan requires a lot of cardio. You will burn fat – only when you are on the treadmill or bike. Abs diet’s workout plan concentrates on muscle building. You will burn extra 50 calories a day for every pound of muscle you gain even when you are not doing exercise. If you gain 10 pound of muscle, you will burn 3500 more calories per week (which is equal to 6 hour of running or 7 hour of stationary bicycling).

    Yes. Abs diet works for man, as wells as woman. The key is to replace bad food with healthy food. You can reduce the portion of the Abs diet meal and still loss fat. Also, no one ask you to pump the iron like those sweaty guy in the gym. You can build lean muscle without gaining size.

    What’s the best Abs diet snack?

    Smoothies will be the best choice. Use low fat plain yogurt as base and add any combination of power 12 food in it (I love mix berries + vanilla why protein powder, instant oatmeal and grounded flaxseed). If you are outside all the time, make you own cereal bar with nut and barriers. Or just buy one with the lowest amount of sugar in it

    What happens after 6 weeks? Can you continue to trim down if you stay on the plan?

    I bought and read the ABS Diet for men book, and enjoyed it a lot. I am starting to follow its guidelines, but have two or three simple questions. Can someone help me?

    About the Abs Diet Lunches and Dinners. I noticed some doesn’t have vegetables with the meal, like for example, the “Hurry Curry” under the lunches, all it is chicken with rice, but where’s the vegetable on side?? Can you add them with that meal or just eat the Hurry Curry alone with no side of veggies??
