Ads Diet - eat six time a day
I read the Abs Diet - Eat right every time guide by David Zinczenko. Ads diet is not about restricting your food. Instead, you eat the 12 power food he suggested six times a day. You simply split your calories in the three bigger meals and three small snacks. I have been wanted to try it out. However, it is not easy to eat six times a day because I am stuck in my office most of the time.
However, I finally get my six meals today. I ate three bigger meal and three snacks. As it mentioned in the book, I didn’t feel hungry at all. I actually eat less than normal but I feel full all the time.
Here is what I eat today
6:30 am - two slice of toasted whole wheat bread with 2 teaspoon of peanut butter and some flaxseed meal
11:00 am – one handful of unsalted roast almond
1:00 pm – 3 thin slice of grill chicken breast with salad (vinegars and olive oil for dressing) and black beans
4:00 pm – a plain hot dog
6:30 pm – two serving of muscle mike mixed with a cup of 2 % reduced fat milk
8:00 pm – a pack of instant oatmeal with some flaxseed meal.
It is not easy to eat like that because of my schedule. I hope I can repeat it tomorrow

I am desperately trying to lose my belly fat. I do have a membership for which I utilize on a daily basis. What do I need to do to lose this stubborn belly fat?

I just started the Abs Diet program since May 9, 2007 in combination with Lipo 6x. I love the quick and easy meals in the book and they all taste good! I’m giving myself 6 weeks to see where I progress. I’m excited !
