Burn more calories, work your Abs and improve your balance while you are sitting!
I work part time as a freelance programmer. I spend up to 16 hour a day sitting in front of my desk typing and thinking. It would be cool is i can get some exercise going on while i am sitting. Obviously i can do crunches in my office. However, replacing your chair with a fitness ball will help.
U Here are 10 reasons why you should use exercise ball as a chair . One more reason i would add is that sitting on exercise ball keep me awake. I some time felt asleep on my desk after lunch break. Sleeping while sitting on a exercise ball promise you a big embarrassment in the office (i felt hard on the floor twice, lucky my colleague didn’t have a video camera or you will be seeing me on youtube…)
