I step up to the scale today. I knew that I have gained some pound during last week. So I weighted my self, 224.5 pound. I gain three and a half pound from last week. You might wonder why I am gaining weight instead of losing.

My dinner 09/08/06
By SAM in My dietAs you can see, a big plate of salad and some chicken on top. Miso Soup with flaxseed meal in it. It looks like a balance meal with right amount of meat and lotz of veggie. However, it could be a diet nightmare if you prepare the same food in different way.
Trip to GNC
