Choose your donut wisely

We all know donut is bad because it is fried and cover with tons of sugar. However, there is better and worse between different donut. If you choose the worst donut, you will consume 110 more calories per donut.

There is a few different factors that will increase the calories in a donut – size of donut, glazed or not, the filling, kind of oil used to fried and others.

The calories in a glazed donut will have higher calories than a plain donut because of the added sugar glaz

There is 110 calories different between the best and the worst. If you eat of the worst donut instead of French Cruller a week, you can gain around 8 pound every year (110 calories * 4/week * 52 weeks / 3000 calories)

My favorite donut French is the healthy choice. I always think jelly or crème filled donut are the worst because of the filling. However, they are not that bad. Here is a few high light of all Dunkin Donut’s donut.
