      Who are these people? Stick thin supermodels? =P
      Are you saying that grapefruit will increase your metabolism?

      It would help if we know what else are they were eating.

      They are normal people who participate in medical experience. Unlike those grapefruit diet that ask you eat nothing but grapefruit, these people are eating as usual but add grapefruit in their diet.

      Grapefruit won’t increase your metabolism. However, it help control your insulin level. If you insulin is high, you won’t be able to break down sugar efficiently. And those sugar will turn into fat that store in your body

      Also, you will feel hungry easier because high insulin level prevent fat to convert to energy. The extra food you eat will increase your insulin level and more fat will store in your body. This is like a cycle that will never end.

      Grapefruit promote weight lost by decreasing your insulin level
