Modify the height of your desk and chair according to your height. Make sure these pair of body part stays in a 90 degree angle at all time
1 Arm and forearm
2 upper body and lower body
3 thigh and lower leg
If you follow these rules, you will less likely to develop pain in your neck, shoulder and back
