Don’t you take Lipo 6 before you sleep!!!
Ok, guess what? It is 3 freaking o’clock now. What the hell am I doing? Making a blog post. Why? Because I can’t sleep!
So I took my Creatine right after dinner. However, the creatine and lipo 6 got mix up in my pill box. I took two pills before I realize that I am taking the wrong lipo6 instead of Creatine. I am feeling hyper all night. I lay on bed with my eye open for like two hours. I just can’t sleep.
The instruction on the bottle say take two before breakfast and two pills after lunch. It stressed that DO NOTtake the pill within the 6 hours before sleep. It is just too late now. My body is totally exhausted but my brain cell is popping. I have to wake up at six so that means I have three more hours to SLEEP…
Yeah, call me stupid, let see if you can tell which one is lipo 6 and which one is Creatine.

ey no tomes creatina, la creatina no tiene efecto cuando consumes cualquier tipo de cafeina, y el lipo 6 tiene bastante cafeina

It is true that caffeine will decrease the effect of creatine by blocking it to enter the muscle cell
Some people think that caffeine excretion of water from the body in the urine and it will draw water out of your muscle. However, the amount of water in your muscle affect the size of you muscle, but not strength.
So if you are using creatine and caffeine together before workout to boost your strength, you are wasting your money

Ive wanted to try Lipo6 because I have tried just about everything else and nothing has had an impact except for the Stacker II when it had ephedra. I was ripped, haha Though I was also running 6+ miles a day and eating like a fitness model due to the excessive ephedra in my system. Anyway… maybe I will try it. I need some extra help with cutting fat. Good luck with your quest… it’s a lifetime committment.

If you’re going to take Lipo 6, make sure that you are in the position for it. Work out regularly, eat good meals, and don’t over eat. It seems to me in one of your reviews you got dizy and felt like fainting, is this beause you weren’t eating right? Too many people take weight loss supplements and do not eat thinking it works better and quicker, it doesn’t. It’s a reversed effect. 24 lbs. in 3 months isn’t bad. Keep it up. I always looked at the long term, 93 lbs in a year. You can push a few months and get those 7 lbs for 100 pounds off if wanted/needed.
In my studies, I’m not too sure why anyone would want to use creatine to begin with unless you’re lifting HARD and HEAVY or you run 10+ miles a day. Water retention on the muscles isn’t going to help you lose weight, and isn’t going to help more than anything else is. You can get 100% Whey Protein instead, and get 125% more benefits and feel better while on it. Plus with Creatine being examined by the FDA, and popping up on some High School and Collegiate drug tests, I would be very cautious if I was taking it.

I was eating enough, but my heart race when i am rushing(running the stair or chasing the subway). After a week or two that feeling is gone. Guess my body get used to it.
I do some, but not hard lifting. That “10 pound of muscle, 10 more pound on bench” is quite true can i bench more after i use it.

I JUST STARTED THE PILLS AND I WORK THE NIGHT SHIFT, SO WHEN I GET UP AROUND 5:00PM I TAKE A PILL AND THEN AROUND 8:00PM I TAKE ANOTHER ONE BUT I GO TO BED AROUND 7 OR 8:00 THE NEXT MORNING AND I VE HAD TROUBLE SLEEPING ANY SUGGESTIONS???

oh and yeah, i can see the diff clearly on a Lipo6 pill, but its easy to mix up if ure not paying attention… just a reminder dude… pay attention when ure taking PILLS… jeez

I have been taking the lipo 6x for about a 2 weeks and the first few days didnt do anything. But when I started taking two at a time. I am ready to go for the day. One problem. I cant sleep at night. I take it way before I go to bed. Not only that I cant eat for some reason. Im just not hungry. I mean yea good that Im not downing the food like I used to, but now I only eat once a day and its very little. When I do Im like eww not even hungry. And if I force myself to eat something because I know you are suppose to eat I get sick. Oh and really go to the bathroom. I work out for about an hr. I dont see to much weight loss but I do see inches coming off so that is good. So what can I do to see real results. What am I doing wrong besides not eating. Why eat when u are not hungry?
