Finding a new sport club

By in Daily Health Tips

How much are you paying for your gym? I am using New York Sport Club now and it cost me almost 80 dollar a month. It is true that they have better equipment and more hot girl. However, i can do the same workout at a gym that cost me half the money. I decided to look for a new sportclub.

It is easy to spot big chain sport club like crunch, NYSC or Bally total fitness because of the advertisement and location. However, they are over priced and over crowed. There might be a local sport club on the next block but you will never find it.

I found this great online sport club finder. All you have to do is enter your address and all sport club near you will be shown on a google map. I didn’t know there are 7 different gym around my neighborhood (yup, people in NYC are crazy about staying fit). Click on any sport club you can find it address, operating hour, gym amenities and price range. Also you can request a free gym pass on that site with no hassle.

I found a gym call Body Elite Sports Club five block away form my house. It has everything i need and a bargain price. I enter my name and email to get my free pass. 5 minutes later i got a call from the gym manager (that’s what i called customer service). I scheduled a free personal training session on Friday and let see how it goes.

The GymTicket link is a good one for those in major metropolitan areas. Remind your readers that if they are in the market for switching gyms to ask about all of the amenities that come with membership such as:

      any personal training packages
      child care
      locker room/towels
      social events
      massage/chiropractic services
      sauna/steam room
      etc.

Good luck with your new gym!
