First workout after a month of inactive
It had been a month since I broke my knee and I didn’t workout during that period. Finally, I started working out again tonight.
Actually my knee is good to go two weeks ago. However, I didn’t workout because
I need more time for my knee to heal
I am tried because I am working all day
It is cold outside and I have to walk 10 blocks to the gym
I want to watch the World Series
I am hungry and I don’t want to workout hungry
I am full and I don’t want to workout full
I am taking lipo 6 diet pill so I don’t need to workout
I am fat and I should stay fat
The Korean are testing nuclear bomb and I might die tomorrow, so what’s the point of working out?

and another thousand different lame excuse I give myself. The bottom line is – I am just a lazy mofo. I don’t hate working out, but I am just lazy. I keep telling myself that I will go tomorrow, and that tomorrow has never come.
The “I will do it tomorrow” excuse is one of the biggest mistakes of people who want to get on diet. They just keep delaying their diet and at the end they give up without even started.
If you want to do it, do it now. You don’t have to go full speed in first day. However, you have to get it started. If you are tried, do less set of exercise. If you don’t have time, do a 15 minutes walk. Even 20 push is good, at least you are moving forward!
So what I started again all of a sudden? I search Youtube yesterday for some music video and come across this song. It is one of my all time favorite. It lit the fire in me once again. Watch the video and check out the lyric. You will feel what I feel right now
