With Abs diet, you can eat as much as you were eating. The different is that you replace bad food with the power 12 food. The power 12 include : Nuts(almond is the best), Bead that is high in fiber and protein, vegetables with green leaf like spinach or romaine lettuce, low fat diary product, unprocessed(unsweetened, unflavored) oatmeal, egg(without yolk is better), lean meat like turkey that is low in fat and high in protein, peanut butter (unsweetened, the commercial on that you see in supermarket doesn’t make the cut), olive oil (extra virgin is better), whole grain food, whey protein, raspberries and other berries.

See, abs diet power, it is just that easy. Try to replace them in your normal meal. Choose lean cut of steak instead of sirloin steak, drink fat free milk instead of whole fat. Replace rice with black beans. Cook with olive oil instead of vegetable or corn oil. Use whole wheat bread instead of white bread. It is very easy to substitute bad food with the power 12. Hi i want to lose 10 lbs but i can’t i eat oatmeal and cereals for breakfast and i eat white rice/or brown rice/ basmati rice just a little bit…and salad in the nights or sandwhich and in the middle of he night maybe granola bar….and i exercie everyday i run in three treadmill for 2 or 3 mills and stretch for 10-15 minutes but i am still look fat!I want to wieght 110 and i am 120 right now…

I would have wls again in the second. I’m a lot healthier. I not have anti snoring or diabetes. My bp is typical. I can’t have 186 pounds of fat on me. I’ve gone originating from a size 32 to a size 5. I merely went to my 20th secondary school reunion. It had been amazing. People explained I look better now than Used to do in high school graduation. It is the best thing I’ve ever done for myself.
