Most people get health information from diet book. I am not a big fan of them because they are written by some “doctor” who might or might not get on diet on their whole life. That why some diets are so hard to follow because those doctor has no idea on how over weight people live their life.

I am member of a few different internet health forum and one of them is myforumabout.com. I usually spend around 30 minutes to get information from those forums because

Health forum are the best place to get peer support. You are going to make fan that has similar goal to lose weight. Support from friend is a big factor of a successful diet.

I can trust those review of diet product there because people who post review tried the product. Also, they are not affiliated with health product company so those are the real honest review.

Forum user do answer question. If you ask politely, someone will help you to get the information you wanted.

However, those forums user is normal people. That mean they don’t have professional knowledge. Most of the information they got is from some book or internet. Don’t trust everything they said and use your best judgment.
