I trashed myself last night

Yesterday night was a good night and bad night. I am happy to have dinner with some new friend. However, I am killing my diet so bad.

My roommate friend who come here and sleep over for a few days cooked last night. The food was ready around 9. The meal is 3 dishes course that included oven baked chicken, boil green beads and baked photo. I was hungry because I haven’t eaten anything since lunch. I ate half chick. And I totally violated the rule of not taking carbs at night. I ate so much that I can’t even get up from my chair.

At the same time. I was drink and smoking the whole night. I drunk 8 Corona extra (148 calories each so i took extra  1200 calories) .  I chain smoked like half a pack of Cigarette in an hour. I was awake until 2 in the morning. I had like 4 hour of sleep before i head to work. Gosh it feels so bad…

      I want to start taking Lipo-6x after seeing a advertisement. All I need to lose is 10 pounds by August? I do eat right and do keep active. My thing is that I maintain my weight. Has anyone acheived their goal of losing 10 pounds in two months? I am 5’3 140 LBS. Please let me know!

      Hi Sara.

      I saw people loss avg of 8 pound a month using lipo 6x. If you eat right and exercise, you should be able to achieve your goal by August
