I will die on xx/xx/20xx
According to this Health Age Calculator, i will die at the age of 87. (The typical life expectancy is 72. err. i don’t really want to live that long).
why i think i should live longer than other
1) don’t smoke or drink
2) Regular exercise
3) daily meditation
4) eat 3 meals a day
However, there is much more factor involved in calculating my life expectancy. Beside your health, eating habit and sleeping habit, these also play big role
1) family medical history
2) Psychological factor
3) social life
and this tools cover all factor. Like most people, i am curious about how long i can live. This tool also suggest way to extend your life time. It is not 100% accurate, but a nice way to review if you are killing yourself with all those bad habit
