INTERNAL SALT WATER BATHING / SALT WATER FLUSH
Internal salt water bathing is a part of the master cleanse plan. It is used to clean your colonic tract. I have heard it before and most people suggested it is just a fad without trying. I have some doubt in it too. However, it is just salt and water, it won’t kill me, right? so i am going to try it right now.
All you need is one quart (or 1.5 liter , 2.7 FL OZ) of spring or distilled water and two rounded teaspoon of non-iodide sea salt(it is a must, iodized salt will not work). Do it as the first thing in the morning right after you wake up. Luke warm the water and add the salt in it. Drink with empty stomach. The salt water will wash the entire tract in about one hour. Several eliminations will likely occur.
I woke up this morning and perpared the luke warm water with salt. I am drinking the final cup now. It is not as salty as i though. Right after i drank the first cup, i had a really warm feeling in my stomach and that feeling pass on through out my body. I took my first (you know what) after i drank half of the water. However, that’s the usual time that i take a (you know what) everyday so i don’t think it is the salt water (it is not suppose the work that fast anyway).
In the book (The Master Cleanser) it said if the salt water bathing might not work in the first time. You might need to add more salt in the next bath or drink more water after the bath. Also, you should drink some herb laxative tea the night before to loosen the colonic tract the night before the salt water bath wash them away.
Some suggest salt water bath may remove both beneficial and harmful bacteria from the body. Also, the two tea spoon of salt has 200% daily suggestion of sodium.
I will come back and update my (you know what)
Update:
After one hours, it came. First it is solid, then it became watery. It just keep coming out for like 15 minute. I swear to god i have never smell something so bad like that. I can’t believe it came out from my body.
Unlike diarrhea, i don’t have stomach pain or nausea. It is impossible to control it because it keep coming. I just can’t stand up or do something else
If you want to do internal salt water flush, make sure you have a few hours of spare time. Don’t go anywhere cause you won’t be able to control the “you know what” when it come. And it is going to take a while until it pass

Now this is interesting! I’ve seen a number of those “colon cleanse” systems and methods, and this looks like the easiest way to do it.
I’ll have to do some more research and maybe try it out myself!

You brave soul! Sounds similar to the icky stuff you have to drink before having a colonoscopy - but perhaps a little less icky if it tastes less salty. I have a very difficult time drinking that stuff - I can usaully only manage about half before I start to up chuck (whick would defeat the purpose of getting it down in the first place). I don’t think I’d be brave enough to do it voluntarily.

Martin: Normal kitchen salt doesn’t work. You need to buy non-iodide sea salt (i got mine from supermarket, you should be able to find it with the normal salt)

Yes, it is best to use organic sea salt for this. Not to mention that this is a much cheaper method than some of those offered in retail.

is it true that you have to wait 8 hours to eat after you drink it in the morning?

Jess, no. When you wake up in the morning, take the salt water cleanse on an empty stomach. The salt water will wash through your system in about an hour. Then you can drink some of the lemonade.

Today is my 3rd time doing this in 2 months and it works! I feel energetic and my skin looks amazing 2-3 days after I do it! I also feel light and my stomach looks amazing after. I highly recommend it! I will admit, right after you drink the water and before the first ‘movement’ I feel naseuas. After the first 2 or 3 ‘movements, my mood starts to pick up. I typically have about 6 or 7 ‘moves’ before I’m completely done and it takes up to 2 hours. You KNOW when you are done as it comes out clear! Advise, keep baby wipes handy as toilet paper starts to irritate after a while.
