    Ken lost 200 pound using Atkins Diet

    At the beginning (April 2004), Ken was around 429 pound. After the first two week of Atkins, He dropped a whopping 29 pound. He lost 150 in 11 month(Feb 2005). At July 2005, he reached his goal of weighting 216 pound

    What his reward for losing all those weight?

    He is reenlist in National Guard after got rejected because of his weight
    Join the first 10k run
    He is able to try new thing like surfing & hiking because he is much lighter than before
    He looks so much better than before
