    Kids make parents fat

    A recent study shown that adults with kid are consuming almost pepperoni pizza of saturated fat more each week compare to adults without kid

    The study didn’t show that exactly why parent are eating more fat that others, but here are a few possible reasons

    1) They have less time to prepare healthy meal
    2) More fast food because of tighter budget
    3) More likely to choose bad food that is marketed for kid. (Cereal in high sugar, fat filled Mac and cheese)
    4) Eating kid’s leftover
    5) Eating more due to stress
    6) Spoiling your kid lead to spoiling yourself

    Don’t go ahead and blame your kid because parents have the control on the family diet. However, a kid’s diet is also outside of the family (school, friend’s party or grandma’s house). Teach your kid more about choosing healthier food will benefit him and yourself at the same time.
