    Lipo 6x review

If you took any diet pill before, you noticed that the fat burning effect gone after one or two hours. Since there are 24 hours a day and most diet pill’s direction is twice a day, you are wasting all the other time not burning fat. Nutrex –the manufacture of Lipo 6x saw that problem and created a new and patent pending liquid INNERCAP multi-phase technology. This technology takes the already effective Lipo 6 to another level.

Some of the benefits of Lipo 6x are:

Switch on your body’s fat burning process instantly

Slow down you brain in sending out hunger signals

    Boost your energy and concentration

Now imagine you have these three effects lasting all day long!

    lipo-6x

Let look at the picture of this transparent lipo6x pill. The rapid release liquid capsule will kick start your fat burning process within minutes. And the little blue balls are the controlled and extended release inside capsule. They will slowly dissolve and release the fat burning power for an extended amount of time. You will notice a warm feeling (indicating that the fat burning process has started) and a boost of energy and focus instantly. And these feeling will last for extended period of time throughout the day. There is no diminishing effect and your appetite will be suppressed all day.

Here are some reviews I found on the internet

frank v - I am starting lipo 6X now, I have been on the regular lipo 6 since July or so. I’m a sound engineer and do a lot of traveling and a lot of hours. I love it for energy, it makes me do things that i would never normally want to do and keeps me going. Great A+ hunger suppressant and I also lost 16lbs by still eating what i wanted, and also achieving 10,000 steps or more a day due to my job. I have a pedometer if you are wondering how I got that number. The key is that it doesn’t let you eat as much as you would normally eat. and in the long run you’ll lose weight, but I lost 16lbs and not even watched what i ate and if i would actually have time to exercise other than my Job, I know that the pounds would just melt away.

Anonymous person from North Dakota - I think these work alright. I’ve changed my eating habits and have been working out so I expected to see some weight loss with just that. However I think using this product did help me lose a little more. I’ve lost approx. 4 lbs in the first week.

I just started taking Lipo 6x today for the first time. I’m usually very sensitive to stimulants so I have to admit I was a little scared to take these. I took one pill in the morning and one in the afternoon, surprisingly enough I didn’t feel jittery or get any rapid heartbeat like a usually do. I did my 45 min of cardio and I felt great. So far so good. I’ll check back in a few weeks and post any weight loss.

I also started taking Lipo 6x since wednesday ( May 9, 2007)..today is my second day taking it. It’s not bad, although i honestly don’t feel a difference in regards to suppressing my appetite. I’m combining the Lipo 6x with the workout and diet program from the “Abs Diet” book where i eat 6 small meals a day. I’m giving myself 6 weeks to see how my body responds to this.. committing myself to 40-60 minutes of cardio at least 4x a week ( consisting of step classes, spinning, etc..) and 3x/week of strength training. I’ll be checking back to let others know how I’m progressing.

I started taking lipo 6 and luckic to lose weight quickly for the Air Force. I lost 17 pounds in ten days. I don’t recommend doing that. But, I really feel that it helped me do it. That and my personal trainer my diet and working and doing two hours of intense cardio a day. I am now going to try this new lipo-6 x but I really haven’t felt anything different.

I took Lipo 6X today for the first time, and frankly didn’t like the way I reacted to it. I went out for a walk and almost passed out. I am also following a diet with Herbalife so I don’t know if it was because I hadn’t had any solid to eat, just the shake or it was in fact a side effect. Anybody else has had this kind of side effect? My heart was crazy and I saw white lights all over, felt like my brain went down to my feet. Any advice will be greatly appreciated.

I just bought LIPO 6 X today at GNC. I’m really scared to start taking it but the guy that worked there recommended it cause he said it worked for him. Thank God they have a 30-day return policy because the things were $60 bucks!!!
Anyways, I’m really scared to take it after reading these reviews but I guess one pill can’t hurt you so therefore I’m going to try it and see how it goes. I’ll check back with ya’ll if it works for me =) Prayerfully!!!! =)

    Update*****
Hi, it’s me again, just to say that the first day was just that, the first day, my body getting used to the pill. Also the fact that I had just come back from a very exhausting trip and on top of that I hadn’t had anything solid to eat. Anyway, this is my 3rd day and I’m fine, haven’t exercised yet though so I can’t say much about that. It does make me really thirsty and I pee a lot, like 30 times a day or maybe more, which is good because I’m an expert on retaining water. What I can say is that from that point I’ve lost 3.5 lbs in TWO DAYS!!!! I know it’s just the water and no fat because I’m not exercising at all. But hopefully I’ll do some spinning today and we’ll see how it goes with that factor added. I do feel a little hyper and with much more willing to do stuff, but I’m afraid of the effects of the pill with exercise. I am only taking one pill like at 6 a.m. and the other one around 1:00 p.m. Still feeling a little sleep deprived ’cause can’t actually fall asleep until past midnight. Hopefully another effect that will fade away with time. I am scared though to switch to the 4 pills a day routine. I guess I’ll stick to the 2 a day for now.

I’ve taken Lipo 6x for approximately 8 weeks now and although it didn’t help me to lose a significant amount of weight, it did help me not to gain any. When I started taking it, I was around 163. Now, I’m right at 151. It controlled my appetite at first, bit after about the 3rd week, I found that it made me even more hungry. So essentially, I ate a lot but didn’t gain more than a couple of pounds and I attribute that largely to the pill. I think more than anything else, Lipo6x allows you to cheat…within reason.

After years of considering fried foods as my favorite food group. It didn’t have much an affect on me since I was working out 5 times a week, but since I stopped working out 2 years ago I noticed my weight ballooned from 220 to 260. On April 2007 I started working out again and changing my eating habit. Going easy for the first 2 weeks to get my body used to the stress of working out again. The first 2 weeks was embarassing. I added Lipo 6X to my routine of lifting weights, eating clean and 45 minutes of cardio almost a month into it. It really helped me in achieving a pretty intense workout and extra energy to do cardio, which I really hate doing. After going through a whole bottle I went off of it for 2 weeks so my body doesn’t get use to it. I am now back on it and still continue to see results. I now weigh 225 pounds and have gotten into some clothes I haven’t worn in 6 years. Not bad for 3 months. I still have some work to do, I still need to get my six pack back. I’ll keep you guys posted on when I achieve my goal.

I used Lipo 6 (not 6x) for a 6 month period a couple years ago and lost 95 (290-195) pounds during that time period. While I must admit that I also worked my *ss off and ate 7 healthy meals a day, I DO feel that the Lipo6 contributed to my success. Also, as I am 6′5″ and 195 was way too thin (I just enjoyed NOT being overweight so much that I went a little TOO far and ran a little too much), I have been able to gain 25 pounds of lean muscle and keep my body fat in the high single to low double digits while on Lipo-6 for a second cycle.
So what I am getting at is that, assuming Lipo-6 did help me with my turn around, I am excited to see some major body fat shredding with the Lipo 6X. I just hope I can go to sleep at night because last night, my first night on the “X”, was not very relaxing.
    Good Luck to everyone….

Today is my second day on 6x. I don’t really feel any appetite suppression, but i’m only having two pills a day. Also, I messed up yesterday and popped one before fully reading the warning about taking it with caffine. BIG MISTAKE! It was as close to taking speed as I would ever get. so word to the wise, DON’T TAKE IT WITH CAFFINE!

I just started taking the 6x…$47.99 + tax for 120 capsules from YTFS. I will definitely buy online next go ’round, but so far it is going really well. I was worried at first because i didn’t feel jittery or weird…i guess i always thought that was a sign that it was working…but then i had an ‘aha’ moment and noticed that i have not been nearly as hungry or eaten out of boredom or because the food was ‘there’. I have a ton of energy and the workouts have been great…no trouble sleeping. i really feel like it’s helped me to push harder than i normally do and as a bonus i’ve lost about 3.5 lbs since i started taking them 3 days ago. Not bad! i really just hope i don’t become immune to them like all the other supplements i’ve tried in the past. I’m hoping this will be ‘the one’ that takes me to my goal!

    Jay:

That’s normal for people who use Lipo 6 (or most diet pill) for the first time. Most fat burner increase your heart beat to raise metabolism and that could make you feel dizzy and light head. Try to decrease the dosage in half. However, if you keep feeling week for a few day, talk to your doctor for advise on if you should stay on the pill or not

I have a question for all the Lipo -6x users out there. I’m not overweight .. at 5′3″ I weigh anywhere between 135 and 140 lbs, but I want to take something that will give me that extra boost to tighten things up. A friend of mine told me about these pills, but after reading all of your reviews, I’m not sure if it’s the pill for me. I am mostly content with my body .. like I said, I just want to tighten everything up and my fear is I’ll lose too much weight. I read that it targets your thighs and glutes and besides the extra dimples my skin carries, I’m happy with the size of those areas. Could anyone please give me some advice on whether or not this is the pill for me and if it’s not, could you please give me suggestions on what might be?

I started taking lipo 6x as soon as it came out on the market this year in mid March. I would have to say that, I’ve seen amazing results with this product and other Nutrex products in general.

I was weighing 237lbs in mid March, and as of today August 24, I weigh 195, and I’m seriously thinking about competing in a bodybuilding contest in the near future.

The only way (just like with any other fat burner) that these supplements are going to work is that, you have to do your 80% like dieting, resistence training, cardio (you people know the deal), and the supplements will do their 20% in helping you lose weight, getting the six pack, cut, shredd, whatever your weight loss goals are.

Hi, I take Lipo 6x and I just felt that I should share my current results with you guys so far as I just started to take this on the 5th of september. I am 19 and I will be 20 on the 18th of sep, I started off @ 180lbs..(too much Fast Food). I Dont eat very healthy, I pretty much eat to be stuffed.. :) also i am not very active.. I work at a bank and i am always sitting, and my personal time is spent at home or with my girlfriend.(with the occasional vacations to Disney, Universal, etc.) My life isnt that boring. Now that we got a basic feel for my health style, on with the results as of September 10th!! I am at 4 pills a day, 2 when i wake up which varies from 6:30am - 9:00am. And the other two after 12:00pm 4:30pm the absolute latest. I drink a great amount of water, i feel it really helps. I changed my fitness activities(actually i added some) Monday, Wednesday, Friday I do Abs, and Buns(8 min workouts vid) On Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday I do Arms and Legs(8 min workouts vid) And on Sundays I run/jog if I feel up to it. As for Hunger, Lipo 6x does a hell of a job surpressing my hunger, and that helps from having to eat that big mac, or 2 double quarter pounders when supreme hunger hits. I also try super hard to keep away from Coke, and any other Sodas or Drinks with High Fructose Corn Syrup.(its everywhere) Now I am at 170lbs, I have more energy and i love the way I feel everytime i get on the scale everyday to see yet another .5 to 1.5lbs went away. This is only the beginning stages and i am very pleased with Lipo 6x. Hope this review helps with someones decision with giving this product a try as I was kinda iffy about getting it. Me being as detailed as possible about my current lifestyle was intended for people to see how this product is working for me and was no way intended to sound like a long story of jiber jables.

    With that said,
    Good Luck!

If you don’t want to loose bulk weight, this product is not for you. I work out all the time and I also have friends who do and a few have used this. It’s a bulk weight loss pill. What you’re looking for is something like hydroxycut hardcore or something along the lines of that. It’s basically just to trim down the few extra pounds in small areas such as the arms and legs, and just build a little muscle.

I just started a few days ago and I am up to the 4 pills a day. I feel the effects in the sense that I have the caffeine running a triathlon in my veins all day, and my hunger is definitely suppressed. Sometimes it amazes me how long in between meals the hunger comes back. I guess my biggest issue with it at this point is that I can’t figure out how to swallow the pills. I mean, I can swallow a whole grape (the big ones), but these seem to get stuck in my throat. Does anyone else have the same problem?

Yesterday was my first day taking Lipo 6x twice, one pill each time. No real boost of energy the first dosage, however the second dosage gave me a little burst during my workout that evening.

As for the sleep….WHOLY COW! I got in the bed at 10pm and I literally could not go to sleep, a deep sleep until 3am. I was VERY upset with that as I have to be to work at 6:30am. I started to not take the pills anymore, as I need my sleep, however, I’m sticking thru with it in hopes a) I see some results in a few weeks and b) the insomnia diminishes after a week of it being in my system.

Lastly, I was very, very skeptical of taking the pills (not to mention I have a VERY difficult time swallowing pills, I actually have to take with food so that I can swallow them) however my trainer, my nutrionist and the GNC rep all recommended taking these over Hydroxycut.

If I could send before and after pics I would but I’ll keep everyone posted. Weight day one of taking the pill - 214lbs with 21% body fat, 6 feet tall.

    Regards,
    GG (Ohio)

Hey guys. I took Lipo 6, the original for about a month and a half during may-june. Before i had been taking it i had been trying very hard to diet and excercise and was doing a pretty good job. I’m a pretty big guy, and i played football in high school. I weighed about 390 when i started dieting and was at about 370-375 when i started the pills. After i used the pills for a month and a half to two months i got down to about 330. After i stopped taking the pills is when things got bad. My metabolism started freaking out. I’ve been so hard trying to still diet and everything since then, but it’s been hard. So I just started Lipo 6x today. I took it and felt an immeeeeeeediate energy boost, and the hunger suppresent worked like magic. I just WAS NOT HUNGRY! I took my pill at about 10:00 and then at about 10:05 i ate a bowl of cereal and a bananna. I couldn’t finish either! I hope Lipo6x works as well for me as Lipo 6 did.

I’ve got a few email with some question about Lipo 6x.

Q: Is Lipo 6x ephedra free?

A: Yes, there are no ephedra in Lipo 6x

Q: What is the best diet to go with Lipo 6x for rapid weight loss

A: A low Carbs/high protein diet burn fat faster. Also, eat six meals a day (smaller breakfast, lunch and dinner. Snack with yogurt, fruit or protein shake in between meal) will increase your metabolism, which lead to faster fat burn.

Q: Where should i buy Lipo 6x? Any store offer discount?
A: Don’t buy from GNC or pharmacy. Online store like bodybuilding.com sell is in much lower price, they also provide free shipping.

Now on the 4th and 5th day feel ok, but I have been so hungry I am constanly snacking to stay full. If I don’t do this I get shakey and feel tired. So, I am not sure if these pills are helping.

Feeling a slight lightheaded on & off but thankfully no heart racing activity going on as with Hydroycut/Hardcore. Gonna have a light lunch at midday then take another capsule at 4.00p.m. Hitting gym by half 5 to do cardio. Hopefully will work it out enough out of my system to be able to fall asleep comfortably. I started taking Lipo 6x maybe about five days ago. I was afraid that I’d feel jittery and naseous. From day one, I felt fine. I’m losing about a pound a day. I’ve actually had the energy to do a little bit of exercise, which is awesome because I usually have zero will power. It’s so much easier to eat better because I’m not starving and I’m eating because I should and not because I’m craving something. So, it does suppress my appetite. This is all abig deal for me because I usually eat whatever I want and I’m not very active. I am 29 years old, 5′ 5″ and I started out weighing about 167. This morning I weighed 161.8. I have no doubt that I’ll be in the 150’s by the weekend. Mygoal weight is 140. For the first time in years, it seems attainable. I’m not sure if it’s this product that’s making the difference or the fact that I’m finally fed up with being overweight and I’m willing to do something about it, but whatever it is, it’s working and I am going to continue to take Lipo 6x (as directed on the bottle). And this stuff’s expensive so I’m not about to waste it. I’ll keep you posted. Oh, I’ve also been ‘working out’ a little. No more than 20 minutes a day….but the fact that I even feel like doing this is amazing.

I am considering buying and taking Lipo6X ..So far the comments sound good . I weigh about 200# at 6′ hght. and I am 46 years old. I have been lifting weights and running+biking .Heck I can’t even figure out why I’m overweight .I don’t eat any red meat or chicken, only seafood ,I’m primaraly a vegatarian. No sodas or sweets. So go figure out that one. I want to get rid of my gut .I have never had a 6-pack even as a kid .Is it a genetic thing? Also I normaly drink a double Exspesso and a glass of tea made with 4 bags green/chai for my normal morning routine. Do I need to wait until noon to take the Lipo6X or just give up the coffee/tea altogether? And what time should I take the last dosage? ,so I can go to bed about 10:00pm and sleep good.I am weight training and running/biking as often as I can. I’m also taking Pro-Nos protien and creatine. I want to muscle up and loss all my body fat. I would appreciate the advise and tips.

I have not stepped on the scale because my next personal weigh-in is on 17 November. I am now taking the two in the morning and the two in the afternoon. I don’t take any pill after 2 pm, I drink water, and I take a multi-vitamin. I have not experienced the jitters, shakes, rapid heart rate or anything like that. I work out cardio for 45 minutes 5 times a week and weight train 2 times a week for 1 hour each session. I will come back on 17 November and let you know if for those 17 days if I lost any weight and how much. Good luck to all of you.

I started taking Lipo 6x a little over a week ago and so far so good. Other supplements have had me wigged out and unable to sleep, but suprisingly I haven’t had this with Lipo 6x. I did start taking it a little slower than suggested with just 1 pill total for the first couple days. I didn’t feel jittery or have the fast heartbeat and sick feeling that I’ve had before with other diet pills. This is actually the first one I’ve actually stuck with over a couple days since the others made me feel so awful. I got mine for a real good price on bodybuilding.com.

I’ll be honest, my doctor prescribed Ambien for me a couple months ago when I was having sleep difficulties and was willing to bet I’d be needing it now when taking Lipo-6x. Suprisingly, I haven’t at all. My body has always reacted crazy to any diet pills and this is the first one that hasn’t caused me trouble.

I’ll check in after a couple weeks and let you know about the weight situation!

hey guys. Today is my 1st day taking it the lipo 6x. I’m a female 17 yr old ( i know ur not suposed to take under the age of 18 at this point i dont care)
I’m about 5′3 and 150 lbs. Dont exercise much right now, i used to alot and i’m hoping to get back into it and hopfully lose about 20 lbs or more. Reading ur reviews answers most of my questions but i just have a few more…

    - I read the recommended dose (start with two a day and eventually increase to 4 a day.. blahh blahh blahh)
so my question is, do u guys think that would be too much for a 17 yr old girl?

    - this question is for the ladies [ anyone heard if it messes with the menstration cycle?!]

Also my brothers personal trainer told him that since it is winter that people should take a duiretic (water pill)
Does anyone agree or disagree with that?

Thanks, if anyone could answer these questions for me it’d be greatly apreciated.

Hi, I started taking Lipo 6, the original like a couple days ago. I wanted to try the original cause I was too scared to jump up to the 6X and be all jittery and nauseous. Hydroxycut made me extremely nauseous, hungry, and jittery and I hatedddddddddd that so I decided to try this instead, because after a while hydroxycut stopped working, I hadn’t even lost any weight with it either.

It’s only been a few days, I have been peeing a lot, kinda thirsty even though I dont drink that much water, which I definitely should.. It does suppress my appetite, and trust me, we were out at the mall yesterday, and I could have had anything fatty and greasy in the world if I wanted, I picked something that wasn’t so bad, and I didn’t even finish it all. I was quite stuffed compared to as usual I can devour pretty much anything. For a girl, I can eat ALOT, but this has helped control my appetite. Don’t just not eat though, I have whole wheat stuff now, and I do cheat now and then because I cant just not eat the things I want, but I do it a little better, and over time I think I will get better and better.

Oh and it hasn’t made me nauseous or jittery AT ALL, surprisingly since Hydroxycut made me all of those things and it was the worst feeling in the world. I’m really happy about Lipo 6 so far, I hope it keeps working. I’m 5′6″, 126lb, and I want to get down to my original size of a year ago at 115lb. Don’t think im crazy and say that i’m already a normal weight, I know this, but I have a VERY petite frame. You would think I wouldn’t have extra fat on me at 126lb, but I do, I have a spare tire. Not even kidding.

I’ve been taking lipo 6x for almost two weeks, along with multi-vitamins and almost strict diet. With every other day doing cardio workouts, and lifting weights to tone up my muscles. And i’m happy to say that i’ve lost around 7-9 pounds. My stomach is begining to flatten and my girlfriend and friends say that im getting skinny(lol) But i tell them im just keeping in shape, I trust this product, and i know its helping. I started using it at 225, im @ 217-218, my goal is to get like at 190 with a six pack,,, good luck on who ever using this product.

I Started using Lipo 6x a week ago , I lost 3 lbs. I exercise 3-4 times a week, eat healthy, drink lots of water. I did treat myself to some no no foods, but I still lost from taking this. ?It is working great so far. Oh , and it does not give me alot of energy, and I am still a little hungry on it, but you do still have to eat to stay healthy, just eat fruits for a snack.

Lipo 6x is a great product but people should not expect it to be a miracle pill. It is intended for athletes and body builders ect and should be used in conjunction with a exercise regime. Also although it does have apetite suppresant qualities some will power is required. If used with healthy eating and exercise you are likely to lose double the amount than without them. I started taking them 4months ago after having a baby and exercise minimum 3times per week cardio and eat a healthy diet.I do 2weeks on 2 weeks of as it works for me.I have now exceeded my pre pregnancy body.My body is toned and defined.the pills are a massive part of that but without diet and exercise such quick result would not be possible, I have lost a total of 50 pounds in 4 months.

i started 6x today and have felt nauseas and tired, which is to my knowledge almost the complete opposite of what I should be feeling. Anyone else feel this way? Along with drinking alot of water, I’m also going by what the GNC worker told me to do by taking a multivitamin in addition to 6x. I HOPE to lose 20 lbs. with 6x and rigorous workouts, if this is a manageable goal i dont know. Any tips to achieve this?

Started Lipo 6x this week 1 first thing in am and then in afternoon. Felt like crap for the first few days and actually stopped taking it already. I felt like I had a heavy cold just totally run down and weak. I usually work out 5-6 days per week weights and cardio, wanted to give myself a boost in the weight loss. I am 188 and 5′ 10 by the way so couldnt beleive how badly these affected me…. i didnt work out at all this week. The guy at vitamin shoppe told me to go straight to 4 pills per day, I cant imagine how bad i would felt if i had done that! Good luck all.

I initally took this product back in December but I stopped because I thought I was prego. I found out I wasnt so I started again on Jan 7th. I have lost 10lbs! I started at 198 and I currently at 187! Wooo Hooo! I dont really excerise, except for some walking around my subdivision (45 mins 3x a week during the week and 90min on the weekends)

This isnt a miracle pill so you do have to help it in order to help yourself. It has decreased my appetite so much. I truly dont have the urge to overeat like I used to. All I do is eat smarter meals. But I must say havent had any jitters, trouble sleeping, rapid heartbeats, or nausea like I had with that hell in a pill Hydroxcut. I recommend Lipo 6X to anyone looking to drop weight safely.

started lipo 6x 6 days ago. first few days didn’t have many of the above mentioned symptoms. just felt extremely tired. I considered going off them but stuck it out till today where i felt a great energy boost. Six days ago i was 5′11 175 pounds now down to 170! I worked out about 4 times this week and they weren’t even very productive work outs because of the fatigue but i know my energy is now picking up! I have to say that the appetite suppressant is AMAZING in this product! Im never hungry! Ill update next sunday with my stats again. Good luck everyone and i recommend staying with it for a week before giving it up if you’re feeling sick.

I used to eat when I was bored. It’s only my third day on the 6x, but I’m definitely noticing that I don’t do that anymore. I felt slightly sick to my stomache all day today, but it subsides when I drink something. I’m trying it with diet and exercise, and my goal is to get in shape for this summer…so I’ll actually go outside in a bathing suit! I’m starting at 5′11 and 240 pounds. I’ll check back to update on how well it works!

I’ve been on Lipo6x for about 45 days. I am almost done with the two month cycle. The stuff works.

My stats… male, 27 years old, 6-0, starting weight 240. I had already lost about 70 pounds in 3 years and already been exercising regularly and lifting weights. I started taking Lipo6X to bust a plateau.

Your body does take a few days to adjust to it. I was totally buzzed on caffeine my first day, and that was only taking one pill morning and one pill at night. After a couple days, the jittery feelings subsided. Just to be safe, I decided against lifting or cardio for about 3 days until I was sure how I would feel on this stuff.

Early on, it gave me crazy energy in my lifts… that has somewhat subsided… I would say it gives me added energy to sustain cardio for longer periods of time.

I take 2 caps first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. I take 2 more about 5 p.m., which is usually right before a workout.

I limited my other caffeine intake initially but I’ve reincorporated unsweet iced tea when I want something other than water. I don’t think it makes a huge difference, just don’t go overboard.

There are some nights where I’m restless, but I try to do something to make me sleepy (soothing music on ipod in bed helps).

The biggest benefit of Lipo6X may be psychological… since I felt I was doing something “special” I was more inclined/motivated to work out harder/longer and improve my diet even more. I guess you could say I had gotten a little discouraged since I had lost little weight in the previous few months, despite working out and lifting regularly.

About a month into taking Lipo6X (two plus weeks ago) I noticed the appetite supressive claims did in fact take effect. I am not kidding. I can barely force myself to eat. I can’t even finish meals where before I’d stuff my face and still be hungry. Because you aren’t hungry, it allows you to make better decisions on food and that’s helped my diet big time. I’ve gone probably a full 2-3 weeks eating great every meal (no cheats) and haven’t had any regrets. It’s weird, I don’t know what it is, but it’s like something has clicked in my brain. I have no desire for fatty foods (they now give me stomach aches) and don’t particularly care for things like french fries. When I go out I actually CRAVE something like a salad with grilled chicken, when I would eat sometimes but I never actually overly enjoyed it (until now).

I think it’s because when I eat I’m not really that hungry anyway, so I might as well stay on course and decide against ordering that starchy side or over-do it on bread.

In regards to the weight/fat loss… I started off, 45 days ago, at about 240. May have been closer to 242, depends on the day/water weight.

Right now I’m at 225.5. So I’ll say that’s about 15 pounds in 45 days. I’m happy because I had hit a pleateau. I had been wearing size 42 pants and I bought 38s last night that actually fit (not even tight). I had noticed the waist getting smaller over the last couple weeks, especially.

I have some muscle… not huge, but some… I continue to work out. I really don’t have an accurate body fat %. All I know is when I flex I do have some definition in the biceps/triceps, a little on the back, and my chest is getting a lot stronger as I’m trying to eliminate the slight man-boobs.

I still am fat obviously (I am 225) but I’m happy to feel like I’m making progress again. I want to see how I look when I get to 200.

Maybe it doesn’t work on everybody… but I really feel it’s working for me.
