You already know why most people fail when they try to get in shape, it’s because they’re not persistent enough and they’re too impatient, just stick with it and you’ll get what you want, even if takes longer than you thought it would.
The “after” picture definitely looks better but I think it has quite a bit to do with how you are taking the photo…
With your arms raised up ur stretching ur chest and also forcing ur arm muscles to show through more, compared to ur before picture where u just let everything flab out.
To show a more accurate change over time, you should try keep ur posture the same.
However, raising ur arms up or not; you do seem in better shape, so don’t give up dieting!
