This is my dinner. A bowl of Miso Soup with a lotz of flaxseed meal in it. Two tablets of Fiber Choice chewable tablets, 3 softgel capsules of GNC Amino 1000, 2softgel capsules of GNC Fish Body Oils 1000 and 5 capsules of GNC Creatine Monohydrate. It is such a small dinner i finish within 2 minute

Is this little food enough for me?  I’ve just finished my 2 hours workout and don’t feel hungry at all. However, skipping meal is evil to any diet so i need to eat sometime. I ‘ve got a lot of fibers from the fiber choice and flaxseed meal. Omega -3 fat from the flaxseed and fish oil. Also i get all the protein i need from the creatine and amino acid. It could be called a “balance meal” lol.

One tip, whenever you are eating a lot of pill like this, drink lotz of water. One capsules of the creatine stuck in my throat and melt. I cough and it went back to my tongue. It taste so nasty that i almost throw up. Take lotz of water so that all pill when to your stomach instead of stuck in your throat
