    My Lunch 0909

    When I woke up, I don’t feel that hungry. I made myself a peanut butter (get it from Trade Joe, low fat and unsalted) sandwich. Peanut is good for you because of the good fat in the peanut. However, its calories is very high so you should be careful not putting too much inside your sandwich. Also, I put a layer of flaxseed meal on top of the peanut butter. That’s the beauty of the flaxseed. It is tasteless so you won’t even know when you are eating this omega 3 rich food.

    Then I went to do laundry. I felt extreme hunger because I am so bored. I went to the corner store to get something. I was kind of stuck there. I don’t want to get chips or cake that is bad for my diet. Lucky I found slim fast optimized. I really don’t know what’s the different between slim fast optimized and the normal slim fast. Let me do some research and I will post it here.
