    My second Lipo 6 review

    Dec 01, 2006

This is the second month after i start using Lipo6. Most of the side effect of lipo6 are gone. I sleep well and no more dizziness. My body is used to the effect of lipo 6. However, i can still feel the burn that help me lose weight.

So here is the big question, how much did i loss? I was 224 pound when i first start at Sept 19, 2006. And today is the first time that i weight under 200 pound in 5 years! In three month i lost more than 24 pound. Even though i am still over weight, i feel much better than before. No more gasping for air or knee pain.

As the instruction said, i should take a break from Lipo 6 now(stop using for a while for every two month). I am very stratified with lipo-6’s result. At the mean time, i might try hydroxycut. I heard that it is as good as nutrex’s Lipo 6. Let me try it and make a lipo 6 vs hydroxycut report for you guy

If you don’t understand how lipo 6 help weight loss, check this out - how does lipo 6 work

    Oct 24, 2006

I have been using Lipo 6 for around a month and I have increased the pill dosage from one pill per day to the suggested two pills. I take two pills in the morning and two after lunch.
My body is now getting used to Lipo 6’s effects, and here is my review after using Lipo 6 for a month.

    Pros
I’ve lost weight – I have kept some weight off, due to breaking my knee last month and I was unable to workout during the recovery period. However I haven’t gained any weight due to using Lipo 6 and it burns the fat off. If I wasn’t taking the pills I could have gained ten pounds in weight, because I couldn’t exercise at all.

I now eat less – Lipo 6 has suppressed my appetite, and I don’t feel like eating as much anymore as I used to.

I feel energized – My energy levels have increased since I have been using Lipo 6 because it boosts my metabolism. I did used to drink about four cups of coffee a day, but now all I need is two capsules of Lipo 6!

I have more concentration – My brain function has been better after I started to take the Lipo 6 pills. I feel more focused and have more concentration; I even finish my job early so I get to leave before 5.

    Cons
I couldn’t sleep – Within the first two weeks of using Lipo 6 I suffered from insomnia, because of the caffeine. My body is now getting used to the caffeine and I am starting to get more sleep.

I have gas in my stomach – I feel like throwing up, because there is a lot of gas in my stomach. I can’t seem to stop burping or farting!

I feel dizzy – At first the effects of Lipo 6 were far too strong, it made me feel light headed and my heart was pumping like crazy! I once had to sit down for fifteen minutes because I felt faint.
The lipo 6’s side effects have got better now, but I still have get the problems when I am under pressure at work.

Most of the side effects have faded after two weeks. I do like the effects of lost weight and boosts in energy that I am experiencing. Since my knee has fully recovered, I believe that I will loss at least fifteen pounds next month.

Works like a charm. I lost 10 pound in 4 weeks. However, Lipo 6 is not a magic pill. You will still need to control your eating and regular exercise.

I feels the burn too. It feels good and i am energized all day long. thumbs up

I started taking this diet pill yesterday. I seemed to be more aggressive than usual (which I don’t look at as a bad thing). I know you mentioned that this drug helps you concentrate, have you noticed whether or not it affects you mood.

There are many reviews of people loosing weight and I feel left out. Please Help me out…Spring Break is approaching! Thanks

I felt hyper when i was using lipo 6. I was full of energy (which is not a bad thing i guess). I believe it is the extra caffeine

Ok I got it today and I know you are supposed to work your way from 1 to 2 pills..well I am wanting to lose within 2 weeks so i went ahead and took 2 pills for my first time….NOTHING! No jitters. No energy. And yep still can eat. Is something wrong with me? I got theses from GNC so I knew it would be the real deal. I bought some other stuff off line a month ago and took it, exercised, and ate right and have nothing to show for it. SO I figured I got rip’d off buying them on line. I know I need to give it time but not getting that energy boost worries me….Has anyone else felt nothing?

This is the first week that I am using Lipo6. I was pleasantly surprised at the results I am getting this early. I once used Xenadrine NRG and it was a waste of time. I’m currently losing at an average of about a pound a day (with exercise). Only thing is I am having the dizzy spells. I hope this side-effect goes away.

I started using lipo6 a month ago. This is very strong, I stopped taking this for a week because I felt dizzy a lot and I even passed out one day. I re-started taking it this week to evaluate this again. Has anyone fainted using this? I also noticed you can’t drink alcohol within 5 hours of taking this. Please email me if you have had this problem.

If you are feeling dizzy and your heart is pounding, i don’t think you should take this pill. Your body is probably too sensitive to the caffiene and other stimulants in them. I drink ALOT of coffee, but when I started to take these pills, I cut out all other forms of caffeine. I did drink some today after I took the pills with lunch and I felt very jittery and sick. Bottom line. if you take this- don’t consume any other caffeine. Hope this helps.

Yes, the instruction on bottle said don’t consume any caffeine while using lipo 6 X. Lipo 6x already have high amount of caffeine so avoid tea, coffee and soda (i am surprised that many people don’t know soda contain caffeine .

I am a realist I don’t think that this is a magic pill. I feel it is to aid you in seeing better, faster results–when teamed with healthy eating habits(smaller meals healthy foods) and physical activity. In my opinion going into whatever plan you have take your time and don’t rush. get in a routine and have fun. Don’t judge yourself by the scale yet go by how your clothes feel and your energy level. Most of All BE PATIENT (remember it takes longer to get the weight off then when you put it on) so results may vary from person to person. Live Healthy.

    Hi Rachel:

I stressed in my review that lipo 6 x is not a magic pill. Most people think they don’t have to exercise or diet when they are taking diet pill. That’s why it doesn’t work for them.

Also, the faster you loss weight, the more likely you gain back

Kate: I had 2 drinks last night before bed because I couldn’t sleep. Didn’t have any side affects, don’ t know if it is dangerous, but it sure made me sleepy.

Do you need to do CV stuff (running, cross-training etc) for it to work or is using weights effective as well for losing the fat, even though weights of course arn’t as good at this as CV? Also is it good at supressing appetite?

    Comment from samskpun
    Time: March 29, 2007, 7:33 am

    Hey Chris:

Cardio burns more calories on the spot. However, once you step away from the treadmill, you will stop burning calories.

Weight training build muscle. More muscle mean higher metabolism. You will burn more calories everyday even you are not exercising.

if you cut down the rest time (15 - 30 second)between set of weight lifting, you can burn as much calories as cardio and build muscle at the same time

    Comment from Chris
    Time: April 1, 2007, 1:25 pm

Cheers buddy. One more question - if I cut down calories, say to around 1000- 1500 (considering I don’t do much exercise except weight training) but still do weights, can I still lose fat but at the same time gain muscle if most of that 1000 calories is protein? My aim is to basically build my self up a little bit but tone down as well.

    Hey Chris.

If you want to add muscle, you have to consume more calories than you need. If you want to loss weight, you have to consume less calories than you need. It is really hard and inefficient to do both together.

I put up 10 ways to loss fat without losing muscle for you. Take a look and let me know if you have more question

I have been taking Lipo 6 for a few weeks now and it has been great for me. I also started tanning at a tanning salon for a week, on my 7th day without changing the time or lotion I was using I got a severe burn and a sort of rash. The salon said that is was most likely from the Lipo 6. She said I should either choose to continue with the Lipo 6 or tanning, I chose Lipo 6. But I was wondering if anyone else had a problem with tanning in a tanning bed while taking the Lipo 6?

I have lost a lot of weight and love the results; however, I am having some weird side effects and I am not sure if they are coming on b/c of the drug or not…meaning, I didn’t notice them until recently….I feel a little dizzy and even have slight numbness in my fingers and feet. Could this pill be making me feel strange feelings in my body? Anybody?

Now if you are experincing sides effect, I can garranty it is because you are not drinking enough water! Look into it. Start Eating Lean foods ( NO RED MEAT) and get them vitamins and minerals to keep your body from not going into shock with a new production be introduce = side effect.

@ Lauren. Basically Lipo 6 and Lipo 6x is using the same fat burning formula. However, Lipo 6x use a new technology called “inner capsule” to slowly release the fat burning power.

Lauren: Honestly, I don’t know. I saw a few successful story about lipo 6x. However, those people never take Lipo 6 so there are no comparison.

Ambess: I think you are a little bit confuse about that burn feeling. You won’t feel burning on your skin. Rather it is a warm feeling around your body because of the higher metabolism. It is hard to find healthy food in normal supermarket or Walmart. Trader joe and whole foods offers much better food at almost the same price (some time cheaper). Here is a list of low carbs food. 20 pound in a month is kind of impossible (it also depends on how much you weight right now). 2 - 3 month will be a more reasonable.

Sarah: I hope we are talking 2000 calories a day cause you CANNOT live with just 200 a day. You body fat% means much more than your weight. A person can loss weight but still looks fat.

I have some concerns in regards to using a fat burner, sometimes I suffer from Anxiety Attacks and begin to think my heart is racing uncontrolably and its a very frightening experience. My question is will Lipo 6 bring on Extremely-High Heart Rate? If heart rate increase is due to Caffenine alone I think i will handle that fine ive been known to drink alot of tea and coffee in the past without bother.

Caffeine is not the only ingredient that increase your heart rate. Here is a complete list of ingredient in Lipo6

Around 4pm I took my 2nd pill and normally I’m sleepy by 11pm but I didn’t get sleepy until 3am. No jitters, headaches, feeling lt.headed or anything. Just more ENERGY!!! which is great for me. My second day which is today, I still feel more energy. My goal is to lose 45 lbs. so with a 1500 calorie diet and more exercise (cardio, ab lounge and more cardio) I hope to get great results. I’am going to take this slow and as long as I see steady weight loss I’ll be happy.

I don’t know if this is good or not as of yet. for years I’ve been enjoying the pleasures of eating great tasting food and this is why I no longer have a waist line! So this Lipo 6x is already helping me and since I have loss of appetite maybe it will encourage me to consider healthy options when choosing food to eat. Good luck achieving your goals.

I NEED SOME ANSWERS..LIPO6 USERS AND FITNESS TRAINERS!
I started taking this product last thursday and have lost about 3 or 4 pounds already. Do you know if this mostly water? The better part of the effect of the weightloss is that my pants are getting baggy on me already. I really like the product and find that my heart doesn’t really race anymore like the first time. Only thing I don’t understand is that I am experiencing headaces even though I drink about 5, 16 oz. bottles of water every day! I also experience a bit of a dry mouth..Do you think I could be dehydrated even though I’m drinking so much water? Can I eat carbs like brown rice and potatos because they are low in fat and cals. or should I stay away from them and eat protein? Also, why should I stay away from red meat if it is a lean cut? Answers please!! :)

Didn’t want to take it too late and be up all night. I am going to the gym tonight to work-out. I am going to stick with the same dosage tomorrow and then maybe on Thursday try the two pills each. I still noticed I was a little hungry but that could be knowing I shouldn’t be eating junk food. Ate a healthy breakfast and lunch.

I am looking to purchase a fast acting fat burner to cut what i have left of my body fat from working out for the past six months or so. I am now doing a complete hour of intense cardio every day but am having trouble cutting the 5-10 more pounds that I would like to lose. I take adderall for ADD so am not worried about the increased heart heart rate or suppressed appetite because i doubt anything could hold the thrown in those categories like adderall does. I also eat very healthy. As said previously I am doing INTENSE cardio training and quite a bit of weight lifting and am just looking for some educated advice to losing the last little. Is this product for me? Any suggestions would be great. Please email me at bursnwbrdr@yahoo.com. Thanks.

I have been taking Lipo 6 for over a week now. I haven’t really had any bad side effects. It makes my mouth dry which is good because then it forces me to drink a heap of water. I do start to get headaches if I dont drink enough water. I haven’t had any drama’s sleeping but I do try and take it around 1pm in the afternoon. There is only one weird thing I have noticed. Every now and then I get this funny pins & needles type feeling in my stomach.. It is really hard to explain but kinda like the skin is itchy.. It only lasts a few seconds but is really unusual. It worried me at first but unless the feeling sticks around for longer, I’m not gonna worry. I think that people that have issues with dizzyness etc must have a low tolerance for caffeine. If you are used to having Cola or Coffee regularly, then I think you will be fine. I see Lipo 6 as an aid to speed up weight loss when combined with good diet and exercise. I wouldn’t be taking it if wasn’t going to the gym nearly every day and watching what I am eating. No pill is going to help you lose weight if you sit at home all day eating take-away. I do feel that it is helping with weight loss around my stomach.

Jane, since taking it for a week how much weight have you lost? I started taking it on Tuesday and so far I have lost 2.5 pounds. Pretty good for just two days. I am also going to the gym, but I pulled a muscle in my calf, so going very slow on the treadmill (walking) and mainly doing upper body along with stomach exercises. Don’t want to hurt the calf muscle again and work it too soon. I am not having any of the side effects that most people have posted. I am finding that I’m still hungry at my regular meal times. Don’t think it has stopped my cravings any. Maybe it is because I am used to drinking coffee and diet sodas. So far since starting this program I have not had either. Drinking lots of water, it does make me very thirsty. I am not going to weigh myself again till I have finished a whole week. Weekends might be a little tough for me.

I haven’t weighed myself yet.. Am trying not to focus too much on the scales because am probably putting on muscle whilst losing some fat. I will probably weigh myself tomorrow and see if there has been much of a change. I guess the hardest part will be knowing if the weight loss is from the exercise or the Lipo 6. I have noticed some more definition in the stomach area which I would say is due to the Lipo 6. That’s excellent if you have lost weight in just 2 days tammie. I am still hungry as well and haven’t really noticed any change in appetite. I have still had the occasional diet cola and haven’t had any side effects doing that either. I think the only thing that has really changed is that I am way more thirsty.. and that’s good because normally I wouldn’t be drinking anywhere near this much water!

My first week and I lost 5 pounds. I’m really happy about that because Saturday night I went to a ballgame and had nachos and a hotdog. So really excited. Had no side effects besides being thirsty which is making me drink lots of water. Keeping my diet Coke down to 1 a day. Hopefully this will keep working. Just want to lose about another 10 pounds and I will be at my ideal weight.

Here is my results from taking Lipo-6 for about a month; I still haven’t completely finished the entire bottle and have been taking it consistently with some days here and there I wouldn’t take any.

Before I started, I was around 187 pounds, 5′8″, stocky build. I wanted to get big and I got to a weight that I would liked but then I decided I wanted to slim down a bit. I was by no means fat . . . Pretty solid all around, hitting the gym about 4-5 times a week with a DECENT diet. Since I’ve started taking the pills, I’m at 177lbs with more definition, which is what I wanted. However, I have been doing anywhere from 20-30 minutes cardio every weight workout (4-5 times a week) and have been really good on my diet for the most part (except for the once a week binge eating). So, I have seen results but I don’t know if it’s specifically from the pills only or just a combination of everything above. If you think you can just pop these pills and not workout and still eat like a pig, you’re kidding yourself. I had no side effects to the extent I had with Hydroxycut, which would make my heart race and give me severe headaches. Only minor side effect I would have is sometimes I would get extremely hot for no reason and felt like ripping my clothes off at work but that’s been on rare occasions. Well . . .Hope this helps somebody. Good luck . . .

HELP…I know that Lipo6 will work, but it is giving me hot flashes and making me very nauseus. I am used to drinking 6-8 cans of caffeine soda but have stopped drinking it so I could start Lipo6. I am on day 4. I started with the 1 capsule in the am and 1 in the pm for the first two days then went to 2 capsules in the am and 1 in the pm on day 3 then today took 2 capsules in the am and 2 capsules at 3:30pm. I am nauseus, having hot flashes and feel jittery. Is this normal? Should I cut back. If I cut back will I see results. HELP…

I’ve been taking it for just over a month now, and I really like it. I had one episode where right before a dress rehersal for a dance performance, I got very dizzy and felt as if I was going to pass out. Although the next day at the actual performance, I was completely fine. This has been the only side effect I have encountered and it happened only once. Other than that, I’ve been 100% completely fine. Although I am nearly 17 years old and I was wondering if this is dangerous for my age. I eat extremely healthily and excersize daily. Does taking this pill with asprin increase results at a faster rate? I was reading about it and was wondering if it was true

Ok, so I would like to purchase this product like today, but would like to know a couple of things first. I hope you can help me.
    1. How much weight can I loose if I exercise 7 days a week while on this? I would like to loose 20 lbs in 1.5 months. I work out about 5-7 days a week already.
    2. I am an occasional smoker, therefore would that be a bad idea while on the product?
    3. On ocassion I may suffer from a mild migrane, will this product enhance it?
    4. Is the gas really that bad?

Also, I eat a pretty good diet. Ususally oatmeal, yogurts, salads, and no red meats what-so-ever, and avoid starchy carbs frequently.

For Samantha: Just be very careful on this product because you are under the age of 18. Truthfully, I think that you should wait until you are 18 to take a product with this kind of strength. If you still decide to take it, you need to make sure that you talk to your doc. and get his/her ok. It does say right on the bottle that Lipo6 is for individuals over the age of 18. I would focus more on your amount of activity and diet. You said your a dancer? Well, your on the right track. Even though you may want to see fast results, sticking to diet and and an active life style is the best way to go. I would re-think your plan to stay on Lipo6 and I would not even think about taking an asprin with it without medical advice because you are young. Please be careful! :)

I’m looking into buying Lipo-6 or 6x. I noticed that they stated that Lipo-6 helps target female problem areas. Does Lipo-6x do the same? I’m 21, play college basketball, do cardio and lift but I’m having trouble losing weight. I want to lose about 15-20 lbs. so I’ll be in better condition when practice and the season rolls around, and also, to just feel better about myself. Which would be a better pick for me: Lipo-6 or 6x?

    Ji Jamie,

When I went to GNC last week to purchase Lipo 6, I asked the salesperson which one he recommended. He stated that Lipo 6X just came out therefore had no idea wheter it was better or not. He also stated that Lipo 6X has a time release capsule that works constantly, but that over all people always come in to purchase Lipo 6, and that it was the best selling diet pill at that particular store. So I went ahead and purchased Lipo 6 instead 6X.

I took Lipo 6X today for the first time, and frankly didn’t like the way I reacted to it. I went out for a walk and almost passed out. I am also following a diet with Herbalife so I don’t know if it was because I hadn’t had any solid to eat, just the shake or it was in fact a side effect. Anybody else has had this kind of side effect? My heart was crazy and I saw white lights all over, felt like my brain went down to my feet. Any advice will be greatly appreciated.

I don’t suggest you take lipo 6 and herbalife at the same time. The herballife is really low in calories, which will slow down your metabolism.

And lipo 6 stimulate your system to boost your metabolism. And it will put a lot of stress to your body.

Thanks Sam, I really need to lose between 18 to 20 pounds, which I gained due to a hormone treatment I had for a year, so it’s basically localized fat in the abdomen and retained water. I just can’t pee more than 3 times a day, but herbalife helps with that. I am exercising for 1 hour to an hour and a half 6 days a week but I still can’t lose any weight, I’ve gained muscle and lost just 1% of fat in 2 weeks (31% to start with). Based on that info and your own experience, what am I doing wrong? And also, should I stick to Lipo 6X or maybe try Hydroxycut Hardcore (I bought both)? Thanks

Losing 1% of body fat is a lot for 2 weeks. Weight is just a number. A 150 pound person with 31% fat and one with 20% fat will be in totally different size. 2 weeks is a really short period, be patient and you will see the real result!

I have never used hydroxycut but i read from different forum that it doesn’t work too well.

What kind of exercise you do and how do you eat?

    To Cynthia,
I don’t know much because this is my 3rd day taking the pill as well, but the woman that sold me the pills at GNC recommended to give my body some time to adjust. Meaning that I should take 2 pills a day for 2 weeks, then starting the 3rd week take 2 for breakfast and 1 for lunch, then the 4th week do the 4 pills a day routine. It made sense to me, it sounds a little bit of a slower process, but safer.

    Update*****
After 5 days of taking Lipo 6X I can say that I’m adjusting quite well. I still feel a little hyper, but it all goes away after a while. Couple of dizzy spells, too, but it was mostly due to the fact that I didn’t drink enough water. I am eating healthier (low-carb/high fiber), definitely less, but also eating lots of vegetables gives me lots of gas so I’d suggest whoever gets the same, have some BEANO with your veggies. Exactly what causes the gas? Don’t know, but I used to have the same problem with coffee until my body got used to it. I guess it’s just a matter of time. I’ve lost 4.5 lbs in 5 days, not bad, huh? I’m sure it’s mostly retained water. I’m working out every day at the gym for 1 hour minimum. I do step, spinning, and walking for cardio. I also do some weight lifting, not too much because I want to lose all the weight first. I’m still taking only 2 pills and won’t change until I reach a plateau. 16 pounds more to go!
To Samantha, I don’t know if it would affect your health, if you’re concerned you should talk to your doctor in case you have doubts. I know my body fairly well, and I know it all takes time to get results, but honestly, this is the first time I take an aid to lose weight (desperate measure) other than natural resources, and I have to say that it works. My husband is taking Hydroxycut Hardcore and the effects on him are completely different to mine, so after the recommended 8 weeks we’ll switch just for kicks. We’ll see how THAT goes.

The is my second week of Lipo6. I don’t think I loss any weight the first week even though I swam and run for 45 mins 3 times per week. I figure the main reason is I only took one pill per day in the morning before breakfast. Just thought I should start slow as I had trouble sleeping the first day even with one pill. Tomorrow I’m trying 1 pill in morning and the other before lunch. Hopefully that will work!

Hi, Sam, as you know I am fairly new to this pill, and let me remind you that I’m taking the X version of the pill so I got a sort of an important question for you. I started the pill 10 days ago, 1 before breakfast and 1 before lunch, I only had a couple of dizzy spells the first couple of days, but now I’m fine. Question is, should I move onto 3 pills a day? The thing is I do have low blood pressure so I just want to know if you’ve heard anything in the matter… I would like to know also if it’d be more advisable to take 2 in the am or in the pm? I don’t have a problem with caffeine because I live in Brazil and here coffee is really strong, and some times I even drink coffee at night and I can sleep fine. My doubts are basically due to exercising, I don’t want to put too much stress on my heart.

Quick question. Ive been doing alot of weight training and have done some intense cardio over the past 6 months. I use NO Explode before my weight training sessions and Ive been considering taking Lipo-6 to get rid of the stubborn fat. However, Im concerned that the Lipo-6 will start to break down the muscle that ive built over the past year or so. I want to burn the stubborn fat while continuing to gain muscle weight. Will Lipo-6 do this or will it start to cut down the muscle also?

I’ve been taking lipo 6 for about a week now. I’m 17. I weight 150 something lbs. Swimmer, athletic body, natural high metabolism. I had some small love handles, a thin layer of baby fat around my abdomens that I wanted to get rid of over the summer, since I don’t have much time to swim during the off-season. I can honestly say, within the first 4-5 days, I’ve seen some visual results. I now have lots of energy 45 mins after taking two, that I use for weight lifting, running, CV work outs, etc. I believe that is the secret, you can’t just take these and expect to burn fat sitting on the couch watching t.v. (you are, but not enough)You need to use the extra boost of energy to exercise, after a good workout I felt much tired than I would without taking lipo6. Thats a good thing. I use lipo 6 as an energy boost to give me a better, harder, longer workout, burning much more calories.

Sideffects I’ve noticed: My metabolism shot through the roof!! Usually I would poop every day, sometimes twice. A week after taking this and i’m doing it 4-5 times a day!! I haven’t felt any insomnia, I might be a little woozy once in a while, but it goes away. I think it might make me a little bit irritable while i’m working out, that just might be me though.

The man at GNC also recommended Tonalin CLA taken once or twice daily as he claimed the two go together well. I purchased the Tonalin CLA after doing a bit of research, but has anyone else tried this combination before? I exercise 3-4 times a week (CV and ab workout) and am constantly walking/on my feet (living arrangements/work). I am a vegetarian so I eat A LOT of fruits and veggies, and take b12 vitamins. The only thing is that I tend to get reeeeeally tired about 8 hours after taking the 2nd dose of the day (which is ok because it’s bed time anyway). I have taken Lip6 for a good month now and I have to admit I have fallen off the bandwagon with diet and excercise.I have lost about 9 lbs but know it would be more if I had paced myself. I feel like I have failed huge because my weightloss has come to a halt. It’s true..this pill is VERY effective if you do what you are suppose to do and it does not do a whole lot(adleast for me) if you are not working WITH it. I have started to correct my cheating ways and get back into the groove. I went for an hour long walk and again..when I got to the cofee shop the dude was giving away free bagels with cream cheese.. AHH! I had a half and it took self control to not eat the other half! For those of you out there who struggle with diet:YOU FALL DOWN BUT YOU GET RIGHT BACK UP! Don’t beat yourself up like I have and let that be an excuse for quiting. It takes alot of hard work to change bad habits, but I know that I have improved very much since 6 months ago as far as diet and activity and know that I have made habits that will stick for good. I received my shipment today and when i opened it these pills are different in color. The one’s i had before were like a creamy liquid inside a clear capsule. These that i just received were in a blue and white capsule. I will say that the difference between the two bottles is the one i purchased at Vitamin world says liquid capsules and the other one has liquid capsules on the bottom written on it but it says Ephedra free where the liquid capsule is on the other bottle. But pretty much i guess i wanted to know if this is the normal color for the ephedra free ones.

I started taking lipo 6 today, i saw a commercial for it on tv and thought it might work so i looked it up online two days ago…. people were saying that the results were great, so i went to RiteAid pharmacy yesterday and bought it for $32 dollars. I know they say the recommended dosage is to start out with two pills per day, one before breakfast and one in the afternoon, but i took 2… I’m in a hurry to lose weight, and fast because I’m in the army and have to lose 7 lbs in two weeks for my next weight test. I took Hydroxycut and ran out about two weeks ago. It did NOTHING for me, and I run 45 minutes a day and do alot of sit ups, push ups, etc. Im hoping lipo 6 will work.. Im already feeling energized! I woke up this morning, tired, groggy, and took the pill… now im bouncing off the walls! Feeling energized isnt a bad feeling though… Im hoping to see some results. I will keep you all updated!

    Hi Russell:

If you keep using lipo 6 in long term without taking a break, it will become less effective. Also, it will put too much pressure onto your system if you don’t give it some rest in between.

For these reasons, you should follow the instruction on the bottle

Denise, sounds like you should have lost more weight then that, if you are taking 2 pills in the morning and 2 in the afternoon with a proper diet and excercise. Did you take any measurements? I find sometimes that I don’t always loose weight but inches. Are your clothes fitting any better? Are you doing enough cardio and not just lifting weights? I try and work out six days a week, doing cardio 40-60 mins of cardio every other day to break up the weight training.

I started taking Lipo 6 a week ago and feel the energy and less hungry. I went to the gym and did cardio workout 5 times, but have not lost anything yet. I am not a very overweight person, 5′4 and 68kgs. I had lost 3kgs prior to starting Lipo6, so I was already eating better and excersizing 3-4 times a week.

Should I be expecting results in first week or am I being impatient??

I have lost about 10 pounds using Lipo6 and noticed my clothes are fitting so much better. I wasn’t that overweight to begin with, but mainly wanted more engery to work out. I have to work out in the evenings so sometimes it is hard to get to the gym. I now have a work-out partner which really helps. Who knows maybe I will be in a bikini soon…lol…

You need to eat more than one meal. That’s a reason why you are over weight. And the sleeping habit, is it job related?
Just taking 2 pill won’t work, you need to try to work it with your schedule
If you eat health, exercise and use Lipo 6, you will get in shape soon!

I’m at my goal weight. I am 135 lbs and am 5′3. I probably could lose a couple more pounds but right now just maintaining. I try and work out 6 days a week, doing cardio 3 times of those 6 days. I still do about 20 mins of cardio to warm up before I start working out. Plus if I can’t get to the gym, I have a treadmill at home that I use. I have two active kids in sports so always can’t go to the gym. I just ran out of Lipo6 so don’t know if I am going to get more, or just see how I do with my work-outs. I also have a partner so that helps going to the gym. Keep it up Denise. Also for Joe, eating only 1 meal a day isn’t healthy. You need to be eating 5-6 times a day small portions and that will help you with your weight loss. Drink lots of water.

I’m a 5′9, 170lb woman. I’ve been taking Lipo6 for almost 3 weeks and haven’t lost a pound! Taking four a day (2 before workout & 2 @ 1 pm) and working workout for an hour 5 times a week (2 miles on tread then strength training). It seems to have a reverse effect. Curbs appetite, but doesn’t give me any energy. Actually makes me sleepy! What should I do?!

Denise…..I usually drink 2 protein shakes during the day (one always post workout) the other either pre or before going to bed. Eating 4 to 5 small meals per day. My calorie intake is around 1300 per day. I know I’m building muscle so it’s not the weight loss that concerns me more than being constantly tired and sleepy. Today I took my 2 Lipo6 before workout, had protein drink when I got back and about an hour or so later I was tired and decided to drink a cup of coffee. I rarely rarely rarely drink coffee!!! Just work up from an hour nap and took 2 more Lipo6. What’s going on? I read a few comments it takes a couple of weeks to work for some but I feel no effects of energy at all.

Did you eat very little Carbs? That could be the reason why you lost your energy.

Instead of runing two miles in same speed, try to do interval. Also, use lighter weight and high rep (12-15) during weight training. Rest about 30-45 second between set. That’s the best way to raise your metabolism.

Also, check the label to see the amount of sugar in your protein shake. I found some shakes have really high amount of sugar in it

I’m on my third day of taking Lipo 6. So far I feel like I can concentrate better, I wake up with really bad dry mouth, and my stomach hurt this morning and I felt like throwing up. I’m guessing this is normal? I am a 25 yr old 5′10″ woman who weighs 165 lbs. I’m not overweight but I’d like to go down to 150lbs. What is the normal time frame I should expect to lose the weight in a healthy way? I work out 3-4 times a week for an hour and eat moderately healthy (the weekends are rough!).

Sam is correct, check the amount of sugar in the protein drinks that could be one of the issues at hand… Another thing try to make your own protein shake… or do what I do and rely on fish, egg whites, and lean chicken for protein….

You can eat meat too :D . Just make sure they are lean meat like chicken breast or turkey. Egg white is also good for you. You need high quality protein to maintain your muscle!

Not all fruit are good. Some fruit like grape or watermelon has tons of sugar. Also stay away from canned fruit with heavy syrup and fruit juice because of the added sugar.

Most green leaf veggie are good. Just don’t eat root veggie or corn at night because they are high in Carbs

Beside walking, buy a pair of adjustable dumbbell and do some weight training at home. You don’t need to lift like a bodybuilder, but more muscle will help you burn more caloires

Is it because you are just “too tried” (instead of the pill making you tried)? You did a 40 miles, which is twice of your normal distant. I would be exhausted if i double up my workout .

I took Lipo 6 for about 3 months or so and lost a total of 45 pounds while watching what I ate and exercising 30 minutes every other day on my eliptical machine. I am 5′3 and went from 148 to 103. Everyone can’t believe the transformation. I thought I would never weigh what I was prior to my 2 kids. I had to stop taking it now, because I was losing too much and have held my weight at the same for over 3 months without it. Everyone who wants to lose weight should definitely try this.

    Comment from Gina

I was considering buying this product to help cut the fat in my abdominal area. The problem I have is due to a c-section and having diastasis recti (abdominal muscles basically gave out from the cut and won’t contract…so I have a nice beautiful sunken hole effect in the middle of my body…that and oh, can’t exercise the fat off LOL). What I found reading over and over again is more people seem concerned with WEIGHT than INCHES. Come on people? Stop looking at the scales unless you are seriously overweight, like obese, and need to lose weight or will die. Because for me, what’s most important and what I want to see results in is INCHES!! So, has anyone taped themselves prior to the product and noticed they actually got smaller? And yeah people, you can see less weight budge from this if you are building muscle (which weighs more than fat). I like my body and just want to hit a few trouble spots. I am worried a bit about the side effects so I’m still not buying this…yet. I would like the increased energy but headaches and dizziness would turn me away. Good luck to everyone out there and seriously listen to your body! It doesn’t make sense to continue any product while experiencing negative side effects…because it could cost you your life. Especially those who have passed out from this, please stop using it. Some things were just not meant for everyone! Cheers!

    Joe:

The reason you are overweight by eating one meal a day is because eating that little puts your body in starvation mode. If the body feels threatened with starvation it begins storing fat and it will slow down to conserve energy. There may be too many things to work on at once. So first, try getting a regular sleeping pattern. Wake up a little earlier and go to bed a little later. Keep adjusting things until you are on a better cycle and it will probably increase your appetite too. Because the more active you are the more calories your body will crave. So this should make the next adjustment to getting 3 healthy meals and 2-3 healthy snacks in between easier. This is another important thing for everyone out there too…if you begin working out hard you might need to eat a bit more too. You can’t expect to challenge your body or engage in rigorous exercise for very long while eating next to nothing. Yeah, you’ll lose weight alright and nearly kill yourself in the process. Again, focus on what you want to do…is weight really an issue or is size? Also, some people out there have larger frames/bones…you cannot change everything about yourself and if you fall in this category expect to weigh more than somebody else with the same height but a smaller bone structure.

You are absolutely correct! I’ve not lost a pound but I’ve lost body fat and gained muscle. I’d hoped that Lipo6 would help me to “tone” more in my tummy and reduce my appetite. I’m almost done with my first bottle, so I’m not sure if I should keep using it or switch. I’ve read a few comments that you reach a plateau so you should switch, but not sure when do it or what to switch to.

I am 32 active and eat well and have consistently measured for years. I am 5′7″ and recently put on about 5 lbs due to changing to a sedentary job. I now weigh 127 which is healthy and normal. I do cardio and weights consistently but have been frustrated with no changes for months and months even with a varied routine (although a couple of years ago would have seen changes, think metabolism has slowed down). I have never tried any diet pills and honestly don’t have high expectations but thought if I didnt experience side effects I would try. No side effects so far after 5 days. I did measure prior and will do so again in no sooner than 3 weeks as I don’t believe in quick changes. Havent gotten on scale. I will try to remember to let you know if I have seen any changes.
