I’ve been on Lipo6 for about 2-3 weeks now and I’m already 7lbs down! I previously tried ProRX Thermolean and it did absolutely nothing for me taking 6 pills a day for a month. Taking the Lipo6 I take 1 in the morning and then 1 in the afternoon and I’m already seeing results. I eat a healthy diet and try not to snack, this does work as an appetite suppressant. I’ve noticed I don’t even feel hungry between meals anymore. I even had to take some time off from the gym ( I usally do cardio 5 times a week and weights 1-2 times) bc of a hectic schedule and I’ve seen all my weight loss during that time so I’m looking forward to watching the weight fall when I get back to my regiment! I will say that I battled the nausea for the first week and a half, but I found that if I just upped my water intake I didn’t experience that side effect at all anymore. SO DRINK LOTS OF WATER!! I’m beyond pleased with this product and I will use it anytime I need to shed some extra weight.
Hey, just finishing a 2 month cycle of this product and was wondering if anyone has suggestions for how long of a flush cycle is needed for it to regain efficiency?
I have tried a lot of different products and this one is probably the best I have used, right down to the almost citrus flavored burps. There are no real bad side effects, no jitters, cramps, stress like symptoms, and all the other super caffeine supplement side effects you get form other pills. The results are great, you feel good, have energy but not too much, you can go low carb and still have a lot of power in your workouts. The only down side as someone else noted you must drink a LOT of water. Living in Florida and working out 5 days a week I am taking in massive quantities of water just to remain balanced.

Well this is my first time taking it. I’m on day two. Yesterady it made me feel high almost due to all the caffeine… I was not happy that I took one in the afternoon I may just stick with one in the morning until my body gets used to it. Otherwise they are really strong but do give you energy.

you might be tooo senstive to caffiene. as the label suggested lipo 6 black is for someone who used fatburner before. you might want to use the normal lipo 6 and build up your tolrance to caffiene before using lipo 6 black

I just started using Lipo 6 Hers Ultra Concentrate, and it is great! You have to work out while on this pill, it is not magical. Combine this with a great workout and a healthy diet, and you will be on your way. I work out 5x a week, for 45 minutes a day. I eat mostly fruits, protein, veggies, not a lot of carbs. I actually take one pill a day, while waiting for my body to adjust to it. I haven’t experienced any of the side effects posted on here, I take one early in the morning 1/2 hr prior to eating, and it lasts all day. I don’t feel hungry nor do I crave sweets. So far so good, I will come back to let you know how well this is going for all the skeptics out here.
I just started this product today. After 30 minutes and having breakfast I felt great. I was not jittery and its helping my cravings just a bit. Im working out tonight, so I hope to benefit a good workout from this pill. Will keep you guys posted on my progress. I have only been taking this lipo 6 black, where you only take one pill in the morning and one in the afternoon, i have noticed i have all the side effects, cramps, fatigue, restlessness, light headed, nausia, but i have noticed a HUGE difference. I could not loose that baby fat ive had since before high school, and its starting to come off, although the side effects have no show of disappearing, i hope after some time they might, i will continue to use this product though!!
