Some might argue that bodybuilder has horrible form. What people don’t understand is that their only goal is to get bigger faster. Those bodybuilder are well experienced and they know what they are doing. Some also say those big bodybuilder are all chemical not natural. You can go try popping all those pill and see if you can be big like them. There are a lot of hard work and dedication behind. I just wonder how many meal they eat per day. They might double the normal calories intake to maintain all those muscles. Just think how many grams of protein and carbs in their diet…
