How much are you paying for your gym? I am using New York Sport Club now and it cost me almost 80 dollar a month. It is true that they have better equipment and more hot girl. However, i can do the same workout at a gym that cost me half the money. I decided to look for a new sportclub.

Most gym provides two kinds of weights for you to use. The first is free weight like dumbbell and barbell. The second kind is cable machine. Some higher end gym provides Smith machine, which combine the best feature of free weight and machine. Not quite, they share the same idea - 10 set of 30 rep explosive move without rest in between. This is also a good workout if you want to burn fat, build strength and improve your cardio.
All you need is a Door pull up bar
and a resistance band. You don’t need any gym equipment. Most people won’t be able to finish the whole workout in first try. Slowly build your strength and stamina by doing 5 rep of each set of exercise first and increase the number of rep if you feel the workout is getting too easy.
