Saturday Morning - I woke up early and eat my oatmeal

I promise that i will wake up early in the weekend in my previous post. And here i am, 7 am in the morning. I feel good, energized and am ready to work my butt off in the gym.

Oatmeal will be the perfect breakfast to start my day. I’ve just made myself a big bowl!

I added 1 3/4 cup of water to 1 cup of Country Choice multi grain hot cereal (rye, barley, oat and wheat)country-choice-hot-cereal.jpg

This is how the cereal looks before i add wateroatmeal-before1.jpg

And this is how it looks after i add water and microwaved for 4 minute. The oatmeal just double it’s size!

Then i add half cup of milk and 1 scoop of Cytosport Muscle Milk in it, mix until the powder dissolve

At the end, sprinkle some flaxseed meal and frozen blue berries on it

And this is the finished product!

I know it doesn’t look too good. However, it tastes alright and is very health. The oatmeal gives me high quality Carbs that steadily provide me energy without raising my blood sugar a lot. It also give me 10g of fiber (40% Daily Value). The muscle milk give me protein that i need to build muscle and blueberry provide a lot of antioxidant.

Just finished eating. I am so full now, let me take a half hour break and i will hit the gym at full speed!

Blueberries are very good for you! Full of fibre and antioxidants! I take blueberries, bananas, honey, phyllium seed husks, water and flax seed oil, throw it in a blender, and mix it into a smoothie…….. yummy and good for you. You can add a protein powder and vitamins to it if you want as well….
