Spa can help muscle growth
If you don’t get enough of sleep at night, your muscle will not be fully recovered from the last workout. You will not be able to perform well because your muscle is not 100%. On top of that, you are more likely to be injury yourself. However, most people find it is hard to sleep well, especially if you workout at night. After a hard workout, you heart rate raise and muscle tightened. You need to relax yourself before you try to sleep.
The best way to relax is to receive a spa treatment or deep muscle massage. The massage can relax your muscle from tightening. It also stimulate your muscle grow. Spa can be a natural muscle pain reliever, mix Eucalyptus and Peppermint can reduce muscle soreness. The mineral in the water will benefit your skin. Also, the hot water used in Spa improves your blood flow so muscle can be recovered faster. If you don’t have a hot tube, take a show with very hot water and massage yourself during the shower. It is not as good but also helps. After spa and massage, you should be able to relax and sleep well. Your muscle will recover and grow during that eight hour of sleep. If you are well rested, you should be able to go back to gym and work your ass off without feel sore or lack of energy.
