    Tea - With or without milk?

    People drink tea in different way. Some drink as it is, whereas some like to add other ingredient like herbs or honey in it. The most common way is to drink tea with milk.

    Tea can improves blood flow and the ability of the arteries to relax. However, a new study found that a proteins called caseins found in milk will cancels out tea’s benefit.

    This could be a explanation why countries like British have not shown a decreased risk of heart disease and stroke from drinking tea because they usually drink tea with milk.

    i have been told that if you drink tea or coffee, without milk, that you are left with a scum on your insides, as you would see on the inside of the cup ,when you dont use milk , i have been drinking tea without milk for years , have you got a view on this , many thanks , joe gannon.

    Here is two tips to make tea without scum.

    1) use distilled water
    2) Don’t leave the tea bag in your cup for too long (no more than 5 minutes)

    I have never heard about scum stay in you body. However, if you drink tea with full milk (or worse - full cream), there will be some little thing call fat stay in your body :D
