The art of suck in.
Yes, I suck. I had been fat for my whole life so I had master the skilled of sucking in. I suck when I walk, I suck when I talk. I can even suck when I run or doing other exercise. My Abs is used to contraction that I don’t have to hold my breath. I mastered the skill that my tummy will never expand unless I wanted to, hence no one will notice. My waist line can decrease by three inches in a second. It is kind of sad because I lie to others and I lie to myself.
suck in can make your belly invisible
So what is suck-in? You can do it by holding your breath and contract your abdominal muscle. You actually suck your tummy toward your body so it looks smaller. It works better if you wear a few layer of cloth. The less cloth you wear the easier for other to notice. Ask 10 school girl, 9 of them will tell you they suck in all the time to make themselves look skinner.
Train your Abs for suck in
So how did I train my Abs for suck in? I used to do these suck in exercise everyday. You should breathe in so your tummy expands to it full size during the exercise.
1. contract you Abs fast, hold for a second, than release it fast
2. slowly contract and then slowly expand
3. break the whole suck in process in five part, then use a jerking like motion to suck. Pause a second after every of the five jerk
4. using the wave motion. First contract upper abs, the release upper abs and suck the mid abs, the release the mid abs and contract the lower abs. After reaching the lower Abs, use the same motion to return to upper abs. You can see your belly move like the wave.
5. hold your break and suck you belly half way in. The use a jerk motion to fast contract to full suck in and release it to the half way again.
Usually I work until my Abs can’t take it anymore. You should do these exercise in different position like stand, sitting or lying on bed so you will have no problem maintaining the suck in stage at all time

Every minute of the day, people are bombarded by magazines, which constantly attack our minds and skew the way we view ourselves. The media makes it seem like your body is not something to be proud of unless it is stick-thin. I hate my body because of this cruel world. It’s sad, but it’s true.
But nobody is out there changing the way everybody thinks, and the media is always going to favor skinny girls and guys. It seems useless, but it can be stopped if you-you yourself, the reader-changes the way you see your body. It is amazing. It is beautiful. And no matter how thick or thin you are, you are human, and humans can do anything. So I ask you as an anonymous stranger to NOT “suck it in,” to let it hang out and let your body be natural. I am just realizing the truth about my body. It is beautiful, it is amazing, and I should never be ashamed of it.
Neither should you.

I think you suck! No offence, but your whole workout routine sucks. The very idea of exercising your belly for suck in when you could just train for a slimmer, more toned ab is ludicrous. And about letting it hang out there, I don’t think that’s a solution first of all because you wouldn’t feel good with yourself looking bad and your self-confidence would plunge down in seconds. Anyway, good luck in losing weight, I say! I plan on it too!

And feeling good about your body is one thing, but you can do both, build your self-esteem and self-appreciation and at the same time try to improve the parts you don’t really like. Health, not beauty should be your primary motivation.
