    Today’s Lunch - Seafood rice.(09/07)

    This is my lunch. It is a big plate of seafood rice. Look good doesn’t it? However, is it a healthy meal?

    First of all there is no bad meat. It has shrimp and some clam. Second, the sauce is made with tomato (extra vitamin).

    However, the rice is really salty. I believe I took more sodium than I should for the whole day already. Also, there is a lot of white rice, which are bad crabs. My blood sugar is rising. I feel little dizzy and I might feel sleepy during work. Also, there is no vegetable at all. Lack of fiber will increase the speed of digestion, which make me feel hungry faster.

    The rice tastes very good. However, it is not good for my health. I already feel thirsty from the extra salt. I better go grab some fruit to get some fiber.
