Today is a bad day
In the last two day i wasn’t able to sleep at all because of stress. Too much thinking make me awake at all time. I needed to take the Tylenol simply sleep. It put me asleep quick but i wake up extremely sleepy. I feel drowsy the whole damn day…
So I went to work tried and sleepy. I had steam chicken breast and sweet corn for lunch, which is not bad. Finally I got off work around 5 and I felt so hungry. I tried to hold my hunger. There is a Mediterranean restaurant on the way to the Path station. I stand in front of it for 5 minutes debating if i am going to eat…at last I gave up. I had a big grill pork sandwich and fried. I was so hungry that I eat while I walk. After I finish some strange feeling developed in my stomach.
There was a lot of gas in my stomach and i felt like throwing up. It didn’t get better after I got home. I know i shouldn’t go to work out but i think i could just walk it off.
Today is the back and triceps day. I did 3 sets of wide grip cable seated row (130 pound), 3 sets of lying triceps extension (65 pounds), 3 set of seat high row(200 pound), 3 set of seated triceps seat extension and 2 set of cable underhand pull down (140 pounds)
During the second set of cable underhand pull down, I burped as I lowering the weight. I lost control of my grip and I pull my Abs. It was painful. My Abs cramped as I moved. I had one more set of triceps and I just ignored my Abs and did a set of dumbbell. Guess what? My Abs is hurt again after just one set…Lesson learned. DO NOT WORKOUT IF YOU DON’T FEEL READY

Basically i feel you should have a control on the diet you have, its really very heavy.

Yea, my diet is a bit intense. I’ve been eating 3 meals a day for 22 years. Eating 6 times a day require me to change the time, type of food and portion of food i eat. I used to eat rice at least twice a day but now i eat minimum amount of Carbs. I added a lot of vegetable and fruit and cut down on meat. It is not easy, but i am feeling better already because i did not overeat after i follow the Abs diet
My workout is great. My muscle grow very fast after i push myself harder in the gym. More muscle = more calories burn! And padding more weight make me stronger, which give me more motivation

I reckon eating 6 times (healthily) a day is even more difficult than doing a workout.
