option 1) Chicken breast + salad + black bean
I had been eating chicken breast every single day, but it is one of the leanest meat. Salad bring fiber but i don’t like raw veggie. Black bean has better carbs, but i want to eat rice…
option 2) grill half chicken + rice + Spanish potato
Grill chicken tastes good, rice tastes good, potato tastes good. However, grill chicken has tons of fat under the skin. Rice is a Carbs bomb, it spike my blood sugar and insulin level, Spanish potato is worse than chips
am i such a pussy who can’t control myself?
