Why i like creatine
I had been using creatine for quite a long time. It is one of the best supplements available on the market. No matter what stack I am using, I include creatine in it. Most of the time I get creatine in the GNC store. The reason I like creatine is
1) It is the most effective supplement that is available on the market
2) Creatine had been researched many years and no side effect had been found.
3) It is cheap. You can get a month of supply for less than 30 buck from GNC
4) Creatine provide extra energy
5) It pull water into my muscle

After creatine enters your muscle cell, it will create fast energy that will boost your performance in the gym. Also, it draws water into your muscle. I don’t suggest creatine to anyone practicing any sport, if your bodybuilding that’s fine. And yes side effect has been found.
1) Joints and tendons are weaker, therefore increasing the risk of injury.
2) Why would ” It pull water into my muscle ” be any good? It decreases agility and muscle reaction time.
Last suggestion is to use creatine carefully, small doses for a small amount of time, and don’t take it if you do any kind of sports that asks for power motions.
